Absolutely atrocious hosting. I paid for a mid-tier VPS with a 1gbps unmetered port. During setup I ran an iperf3 test to one of my upstream servers. They suspended my VPS due to "significant traffic volume" in a 2 minute iperf3 test? When I opened a ticket to get the VPS fixed, and explained that the traffic was iperf3, they cancelled the VPS.
Been with Rackzar a couple days, my hosting platform performs much faster than the large name commercial competitors.
On a tech support level, It does seem like they could use more folks in the team, but their services have been fantastic.
The team, specifically Geffin are highly knowledgeable and helpful.

We migrates on-prem servers via a VM structure to different VPS solutions. But when we broke two of our VPS devices the backup facility is not a total backup as you would think. If you restore a backup it will remove any networking or custom setup things like UFW rules, Docker containers etc.
