How many times do I have to write on here for you to bother to email me back I’ve sent over 6 emails now a nothing. How is anyone meant to contact you if they have a problem. I just want a new set of pies sending out after you inputted our wrong email as stated by yodel so I didn’t get a notification a they were left outside in box soggy from rain. As everyone is complaining you would think you would respond asap. Been 3 months now

My Mum ordered the variety pack of pies in August 2024. Money was immediately taken from her account, but still no pies (November 2024). No response to emails and phone number now unknown

Unfortunately, you have to give at least 1 star to leave a review. I would award minus stars! Ordered pies in July, no delivery. I have sent 6 emails and, as others have reported, absolutely no response. I have now sent a recorded delivery letter and have involved Trading Standards. Maybe Radford's think that this is an empty threat but I will be taking this further. Too many similar complaints to allow this to go on.

No notification of when the order is coming. Item missing and no response to emails, messages and comments on Facebook. The pies were nice but I want refunding for missing items and to get a customer service reply !!

We have been trying to contact you to let you know that although we have loved the pies from our first order, four were missing.
As others have said, there was no order number and notification of delivery. We were going away the following day and luckily we were here to receive the delivery.
Your admin team are letting your company with delicious pies down. 33% of 1 stars is a sad reflection of comments

The pies are nice but the ordering process is rubbish. No confirmation email and no response to any emails. Then the pies arrive with no warning and are missing items

Edited to reply that I had no confirmation email and no reply to several emails I sent whilst waiting for the delivery date. On the day Yodel emailed that my 2024 New Biz delivery was expected but I had no idea what this was. I’ve ordered before so this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with your system. Any chance of sending the missing pies rather than refunding as your pies are lovely and I wouldn’t put myself through the ordering gauntlet if they weren’t ☺️

I ordered pies on 14th October with a lead time of two weeks.
I needed them for a dinner get together tonight! I emailed 4 times and got ignored until I received an email from Noel yesterday to say they would definitely be delivering today, great I thought and guess what still no bloody pies and it’s 9pm!
I had to fork out for a takeaway for my hungry guests.
So annoying!
Have never ever dealt with a company that’s this awful in customer service.
No tracking number given?
Literally no idea when you will receive the order?
This was my second order but will definitely be my last sadly.

Ordered pies on the 1st of October to the value of £64. We are now the 30th October! We haven’t received them. 12 emails sent, no reply, no phone number. Not acceptable ignoring customers and stealing our money. They don’t deserve a 1 star. No way to run a business! Too busy holidaying and making tv shows!

Customer service is terrible I love these pies but on my last delivery I was missing one pie I have emailed twice and have not heard from them and cannot find a contact number shame it's making me think twice about ordering again

This is my 2nd time ordering pies. The first order I got was pretty amazing. The pies were full of meat. This latest order was abit disappointing. Pies not as full and no mushroom in the steak and mushroom pies. Pastry is very nice thou.

I ordered pies 2 October but nothing as come yet they don't answer there email and don't answer the phone that's no way to run a company when you want to speak to someone

Ordered finest steak pies. Had twice before and they were great. Latest delivery opened and pies labelled as steak and Stilton which was disappointing but when cooked it was full of kidney with 3 bits of steak. Very disappointed given how good they were previously

Like lots of comments I ordered pies to the value of £70 on the 15th August & still waiting for delivery absolutely disgusting to take people's money & no goods arrive. Numerous emails with no reply to any, people like this should not be allowed to run a business asked for payment to be returned still waiting no response from RADFORD PIE COMPANY.

Hi I had the pies that I ordered from you delivered today to say I am not happy is an understatement as you can see in the pictures 5 of the small pies are crushed and cannot be reheated as they will leak and dry out so I will have to eat them cold as for the family pie it had 2 small pies in on the top that have smashed up the top of the pie badly this is not right when I placed the order I was expecting the pies to be delivered in a whole condition and not crushed I and now leaving this matter in your hands and looking forward to your reply on this matter.

Best steak and ale pie I've had in years. Full to the top with quality meat and not a bit of grissle to be found.
These pies are like your mother used to make but 10 times better.

Disgusting service! Ordered previously which had absolutely no problems, this time around dispatch time 2 weeks, not a problem. Emailed in which they said it would now be 3 week dispatch time, contacted after the extra and as expected no response. Stop taking on so many orders if you can’t fulfil them. Such a shame as love these pie’s but this has put me off this company.

Ordered mid August not received pies. I have emailed 6 times regarding delivery no reply asked for my money back. If they are so busy stop taking orders. You have 45.85 of my money and not delivering the goods

We went to the pie shop as we had seen so much about it on the tv . We are from Kent travelling up to Scotland with our dog.we walked from the morcambe statue along the coast to the shop
We were made very welcome by 2 lovely ladies Faye and Joanne.( they even advised us on places to visit .
The pies were lovely very tasty full to the brim my husband had beef and Stilton I had chicken . They were so nice he had to have another one , meat and potatoe which was equally delicious ( I tasted them all )
We are returning on Friday morning for more pies to take to Scotland as our friends we are visiting love a pie too.
They even made our dog welcome with a bowl of water and a sausage.

I ordered 22 pie's (over £70's worth) from the Radford's and was not in at the time of delivery, they were left with a neighbour. We had no notification that they had been dispatched or delivered and it was only two days later that our neighbour knocked and said she took a delivery in for us. I was concerned that they had been sat in their porch for two days so contacted Radford's pie company a week ago. Not had a reply, very poor customer service. I've binned the pies as I couldn't take a chance. If the courier had left a note then I would have collected them no problem at all as I was only out for a short time. Ultimately it's the Radford's fault as they pick the courier and as a food business they should call the shots on how the deliveries should be handled, imagine having Tesco's deliver your shopping next door and not tell you about it and hope your neighbour does, I'm sure the business would not last long. It is not my neighbours responsibility to get deliveries to me. So disappointed. I will not use again. Poor delivery service, poor customer service, poor communication.
