Looks more like a scam than a legitimate service
I tried out Radiopromo last month. I admit the intention is commendable, but I ended up spending 50 euros for nothing. I couldn't even use my credits because there was a total lack of radio contacts. The few stations I did find had missing, outdated, or incorrect contact details.
I would have given them a better rating and supported them if they had agreed to refund me. To me, it looks more like a scam than a legitimate service. Don't waste your money with them.
