Great service, fast delivery. Only little thing - sale ends July, sale ends August,... I could have waited but NO, had to order before the SALE ended. Hmmm

I looked on the Radioworld website and saw the Uniden Pro 520 XL 40 channel CB radio clicked on the appropriate places and made a phone call to the 1-800 number on thier website, paid for the radio, and received at my front door step with a few short days!

Bought a Lowrance Hook Reveal 7SS came with Navionics + US&CAN. Had problems with the unit. Returned it for service and the card did not come back with it. They say it was not in it when it was received, but it absolutely was. They said they would replace it and send me a Lowrance Elite Bundle card which does not have near the number of lakes as the original one. Call back and they said they weren't sure what I had in it, not sure why I told them what it was and they should know what came with the unit. They said they did the best they could. DON'T Trust their service department!!!!!

Have done business with them for many many years and have been 100% satisfied. Fast delivery and excellent quality and customer support.

The first time I walked into Radioworld, everything changed for me. I've been metal detecting for 22 years since moving to Ontario but have never been a part of the "metal detecting community." I never knew such a store existed that had everything I could ever need for metal detecting under one roof. I was blown away at the extensive selection of accessories such as digging tools, books, merchandise, etc. Unlike sporting good stores that have a metal detector hidden in a corner on a shelf, upon entering Radioworld I make an immediate right hand turn and chills are sent down my spine as I gaze at the awesomeness of the entire corner dedicated to metal detectors and the sport of metal detecting. I met Jack Summers and Diane this summer at a metal detecting event held by Radioworld. They had never met me before but immediately made me feel like part of the family. At this event, Jack Summers, who I am now proud to call a friend made introductions of all 50 detectorists participating in the hunt. I figured he would skip over me as I had only met him for the first time about two hours earlier and probably forgot my name. Not only did me not skip me but he introduced me, making me feel as important as the professional treasure hunters and television personalities standing beside me. I learned that day that both Jack Summers and Diane treat their customers like family. Something you just don't see enough of these days. I refer everyone to Radioworld looking to purchase a metal detector. It's the least I could do for the kindness they've shown me!!!!

Our company has been involved with RADIOWORLD for the last several years. From purchasing equipment and servicing to being involved with the many, many events and seminars that Jack, Dianne, and Tim sponsor through Radioworld, the professionalism and generosity displayed by this company is second to none. They have a very knowledgeable staff that will go out of their way to see that the customer's satisfaction is met and exceeded. Many customers attend the free seminars offered at Radioworld which always includes hot coffee and a bite to eat as well as store specials. They manage and sponsor an annual Treasure Hunt that is a huge hit with young and old treasure hunters alike. Stop in and see them and tell them that Anderson Detector Shafts sent ya!

I shop at Radioworld for my metal detecting & GPS needs! I have had top notch knowledgable sales staff as well as excellent turn around time for my my detector repairs! I completely trust the staff's knowledge & assistance on purchasing the product(s) that's right for me instead of them selling for more profit! I haven't seen many companies in these times that always promotes the best prices but also continues to put together "free" seminars as well as giving back and encouraging young folks into the detecting hobby!!
Jack Summers & crew (Diane/Tim) truly make a memorable events such as this past summer's Toronto Island detecting event! I've made some lasting Friendships!!
