Zero stars, I ordered 3 back in October received an email that said thank you your order is being processed. I have emailed the company never received a response. I ordered them for my children for Christmas. I also found the advertisement on Facebook thinking the kids would love them. They have comments about how great these things are etc. Welp, that's a whole scam.

I bought a scooter for my granddaughter in October no answer sent a email no response this is a true scram did this on their website how can I get my money back

I ordered 250 dollars from these guys for my grandkids for Xmas and only thing I've gotten was a receipt saying order was processing 2 weeks ago , no shipping date , no customer service, and no response from there emails, they are a scam and I don't want anyone to fall for there advertising like I did , I filed my dispute with the my bank today .

No stars this company is a scam. I bought 6 items in October and have not received any. No response to the email. I will file a claim with my bank but I am strongly considering suing them and Facebook!

My wife ordered some items they claim to have been delivered to Cornwall not Yorkshire, no phone number, email just bounce, when you try to contact them via Facebook they report comments and block you, Facebook activity supports these crooks, wife is now seeking chargeback through the credi card

Yep they got me, should’ve known better, I paid for 3. I have no idea how to get my money back, any help would be appreciated!

Took my money and NO delivery!!!! What a way to take Christmas gifts away from children! 😡

Ordered 2 of these in October. Have never recieved them. When I left a comment, they told me I could not do that.

I ordered 2 of them and have not received anything yet. They took my money and ran with it. SCAMMERS

No stars from me. Utter scam waited twice as long as delivery promised & after sending 4 emails to them which were not replied too I contacted my bank & reported them.
The bank refunded my money. Would advise anyone not receiving the goods they have paid for to do the same & contact their bank. This scam needs to be stopped. Don't let them take your hard earned cash.

I ordered Oct. 6 and still have not received

I ordered one of these electric scooters for my son for Christmas and just found out today it is a complete scam, the company does not exist. I cant believe Facebook would allow a fake company to be able to set up, especially after years of hell with covid, the most vulnerable in society struggling on universal credit. I myself am a single mum and now have to replace this gift.
Please note that this item is also being re-advertised on Facebook under two different other names, DO NOT ORDER IT!!!!

I ordered a electric car in October still not got it payed 50 pound in for it

No stars... unfortunately I ordered 2 of these for my kids for Christmas. It's been 4 weeks and no delivery. When I try to look up raealed.club it doesn't exist. Try looking out up on Facebook and can't find it anywhere. If course they took the money instantly or of my account. This really pisses me off. I'm a single mom of 3 kids and was really hoping they could have a good Christmas this year. I've been working tons of overtime just to make sure of it and then this happens. I pray whomever took my money needed it more than I did.

I am sick that someone would create a whole website to scam people out of there HARD EARNED MONEY. I thought I was purchasing a toy car for my daughter's birthday and now I'm not going to have the money when her birthday comes because I have to wait 10 days for my bank to look into these scam artist so I can hopefully get my money back. Unfortunately it will be after her bday when I do receive my money back! I wish there was a way to know who was behind this and report them to the police. Please please people do not I REPEAT buy from this site. I sure wish I read the reviews here first. I kinda thought it was to good to be true because of the price but man it must be alot of people through Facebook working with this bull company because all the Facebook comments seem like real people . Excuse my French but when it comes to taking from children I get upset. Shame on you !!

Do not but anything from them they will keep your item and money they are scammers they work together with rookie global tracking service who are scammers also. BEWARE OF THESE TWO AND DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM

I would have to give them a negative stars. I too purchased 3 of them and asked them where my items where or I wanted my money back.. they blocked me even from the selling club..

No Stars! Took money out of my account. Then nothing. Tried to email and email can back undeliverable. Be sure to flag/report any ads from them on facebook as they are a scam.
