I certainly would not recommend the dye service of this company. Dye transfer to my hands and feet within an hour of wearing at my daughter’s wedding which was extremely upsetting. The company eventually offered to refund the dye service but no goodwill gesture for the not fit for purpose service - avoid!

Shoes look stunning but too overpriced and weird sizing. I would recommend sizing up 1 or 2 sizes. Please improve on your shoe sizing and quality please.

I ordered a pair of childrens shoes for my wedding in ivory, sent off a ribbon in lilac from her bridesmaid dress and they have come back today. Over the moon, the colour is spot on. So excited to see her little face when she puts them on with her dress. Thank you so much. Highly recommend you.

I purchased Rainbow shoes from a wedding shop, for my eldest daughter's wedding a couple of years ago. They were so comfortable so I wanted to wear them again for my younger daughter's wedding this year but needed to have them dyed.

The process couldn't have been easier. I used their capsule colour service. The swatches arrived within days. I downloaded the form and then sent my shoes off to them. I spoke to Chole and arranged to buy one of their clutch bags and have that dyed too.

I was delighted when I received them, they looked absolutely fabulous and matched my outfit perfectly.

It was great value for money, timescales were as promised and I had first class customer service from Chole.

Same as most other reviewers. I was aware of the returns policy before ordering so I knew what I was signing up for, however it is still overpriced. Every bride or wedding guest wants to be able to try their shoes on, nearly £5 to return an item is just too steep. They also do not include the names of the shoes you've ordered in the email confirmation so you have to go and search online to find the names of the shoes when completing the returns form. The shoes themselves were nice but uncomfortable hence why I'm returning. Quality seemed good, if the returns policy was better I'd order more styles to try. As a tip for others, Amazon stock rainbow shoes so I'd recommend ordering through them and using Prime. Free delivery and free returns...

Beautiful shoes, but sizing is very small both in the shoe itself and the ankle strap - absolutely tiny. I ordered my usual size 7 which was far too small.

Can return or exchange, but £4.60 to do so and print the label yourself.

Had such a fantastic experience with Rainbow Club - I purchased my shoes and thought that they would arrive the next day as I chose 1-2 day delivery. After a few days, I checked the invoice again and noticed the wrong delivery detail: standard delivery, which meant that my shoes would arrive after my wedding! I called customer services and Sarah was AMAZING. She did all that she could (and even checked in with me on her lunch break) to organise for my shoes to arrive the next day - 9am, the morning of my wedding.

Thank you so much for the excellent communication and perseverance. I loved wearing my wedding shoes even more, knowing they came from a company that went above and beyond for their customers!

Shoes were nice but unfortunately didn't fit.

Down side, you have to pay for delivery and returns and don't get your money back. I had to return my shoes as they were too big so I was £9 out of pocket (4.60 delivery, 4.60 return).

Courier was Yodel so it took about a week to arrive and almost two weeks to return back to depot.

I wouldn't use rainbow club again, purely down to the delivery and returns process.

If I was buying from a store/ shop I would buy again.

Terrible returns process. They know that there is an issue with their returns emails at the moment not being sent (?!) so all the work is put on you as a customer to call up, get an email sent them pay £4.60 to Yodel for the privilege. I wouldn't have used Rainbow Club if I knew this was their process. Avoid.

Ordered shoes and a bag that I wanted to match an outfit for my daughters wedding. The process couldn’t have been easier . Sent a colour sample of ribbon with the shoes and the match when they came back was perfect. On another positive note , shoes were super comfy to wear all day and evening on a very hot summers day
Highly recommended.

Don’t use Rainbow Club for dying your shoes .The only colours they can dye successfully are Green/Blue/Red.If you want grey shoes they can’t do that ,but only let you know after they have dyed your shoes the wrong colour and then refuse to re dye them.I was left running around shoe shops trying to find shoes for a wedding.If you contact Peter Marsh he spends time telling you what fabulous customer service his firm give.Whilst leaving me with Green shoes not grey.If you read this please take notice this was a very expensive outing with dyed shoes going to Hospice Shop.!!

Terrible customer service. Spoke with James this morning who didn't deal with the situation and told us he would ring back in a bit. We have waited 3 weeks on these shoes and he gave no reassurance at all thatbthey would still arrive. Do NOT chose this company.

Fantastic company, I have no hesitation to recommend. The order came very promptly, the shoes are a beautiful quality, the customer service team are incredibly helpful and efficient, and any returns/refunds are dealt with very quickly. An honourable company, that is well run by a great team alongside excellent products and services.

Ordered several pairs of wedding shoes before Christmas for my daughter. Each pair was beautifully made, ended up keeping 3 pairs, really happy with purchase. Very fast refund on shoes returned, wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Rainbow Club
