Been trying to withdraw now for about three weeks without any success. The website gives you the option of depositing and withdrawing via Paysafecard. I was able to deposit via Paysafecard without any problems but when I tried to withdraw via this method, I was told that I would be unable to do so. The website gives you the option of withdrawing via Paysafecard. It seems these dirtbags keep changing the rules to make it as difficult as possible for you to withdraw. Rainbow Spins currently has a disgusting 1.8 rating here on Trustpilot. Please see the other negative reviews below in regards to withdrawal difficulties. The website does not offer live chat and their response to e-mails can take days. When they do respond, it is either a generic response or they do not answer your specific query. I sent over a formal complaint but have got nowhere yet, they do not care. Do NOT deposit with these scumbags, you have been warned!!!!!

They say 2 to 4 days for withdrawals, but I have been trying since 3rd Jan and today is the 9th, I keep getting emails from them asking for a picture of my card with the 8digits etc etc, but on "My Account" it shows as verified. Terrible service, nobody gets back to me.

Thse people are nothing but scammers
No matter what you do they will never let you withdraw your winnings
They have ripped off thousands of people. The site needs shitting down.

Yet again another case of won’t pay out has taken 6 months for them to accept I’d now they want copies of my Apple Pay account it’s an app on my phone not an account no instant chat no phone number just email that they answer eventually they owe me money like a few others guess it’s gaming board and small claims court

The rules on bonus balance are a total rip off. £20 gives £20 bonus. You have to wager £2000 befor you can withdraw. What can you withdraw? A maximum of £20. That’s right folks, you have to play a stupid amount of money just to be able to get back the original £20 you had. Oh and that’s if you can provide the ID they request. A PayPal screenshot is a PayPal screenshot, they ask for it, but say it’s not good enough, but won’t tell you why. Scam, utter scam.

Shocking they are I win but won’t let me withdraw I am not sending my bank details when I paid through pay pal take your money but don’t pay out want closing down

Would give 0 if possible....avoid at all costs. Went to withdraw winnings asked for ID...not a problem uploaded driving licence no problem, uploaded bank statement rejected uploaded pdf of bank statement rejected even thou they were a asked and match address on driving licence. Trying to get hold of customer service is proving hard.....

Good games not very good support with verification sometimes but overall they do pay out so people have no need to worry and ignore bad reviews

I Wish I had read the other reviews 1st. Luckily for me I tested the water 1st. Tried to withdraw my winnings (only £25) And of course you have to provide ID. Fair enough but after successfully uploading proof of address & image of card used (Via Website) I then had to provide a live photo of driving license via my phone which just will not work. 1st (front uploaded ok) but the rear simply will not upload. I have been trying for days but no way. Just for the record I'm an I.T Manager so should not be having problems doing this. On a couple of other sites I have managed to verify myself very easily. but NOT this one. They of course will lose out in the long run if no one can actually withdraw any winnings.

Ok this is a fairly long review but here are some problems I found and how I resolved them. Spoiler alert - I got my winnings so although long, might be worth a read.

1) My documents got verified fairly easily, the only issue I had was they kept rejecting my bank statement for proof of address which I couldn't understand, it was just a downloaded PDF and I got no response from customer services when I asked what the problem was, I randomly tried another statement from a different bank and it was accepted so that was that sorted. The first statement I tried was Starling Bank, the one that got approved was Lloyd's bank so maybe they prefer bigger high street banks - sounds weird/unlikely but I can't think of any other reason.

2) Next I got my winnings up to 3 grand but was told I couldn't withdraw because all my deposits had been made using my mobile phone so I had to make one using my registered card. However, it wouldn't let me deposit because my "real balance" was apparently over the maximum amount (who knows what the maximum amount is, I couldn't find anything in terms and conditions) so I decided to play a bit more in an attempt to lower my balance which would hopefully allow me to deposit on card. This didn't work, I won another £1000 so my balance was even higher. I received an email off their gambling support team who advised I'd been playing for a long period of time, I explained the situation to them, and that I'd rather withdraw than be playing for hours. They managed to amend my limit allowing me to deposit by card (min deposit £10) and therefore make a withdrawal.

3) When I tried to withdraw £4000 it told me I needed to contact support for further verification. I knew it would either take ages to get a response or I wouldn't get one at all so I tried withdrawing lower amounts, each time it said I'd need to contact support until I got to £1000, it allowed me to put this withdrawal through. This must be the limit you can do without further verification as I tried £1002.50 to cover the withdrawal fee but it told me to contact support. I made the request at 5.20pm and it was in my bank at 9am the following morning. My next one took a little bit longer, I requested it 9.30am Thursday morning and received it Sunday afternoon - but it does say on the FAQ that it pends for 72 hours then after that takes 1-3 working days to go in bank

I just withdrew the rest of my money in £1000 increments as you can only request one withdrawal a day - maybe more than one if the total doesn't exceed £1000, I haven't tried this though.

All in all I'd say stick at it and keep trying to withdraw. I hope this helps some people get their winnings.

I probably won't use the site again, everything seems to be a lot of hassle and the customer services department is shocking. An online chat or phone number needs to be provided. Although, I do think the site has a good selection of games and if you are wanting to deposit by phone bill it is good - you just have to be willing to jump through a few hoops to get your winnings

Hi I wouldn't use this site as I have 73 pound to withdrawl to which I can not or play the games due to using my partners mobile to deposit sent all documentation to verify all this and partners permission and still nothing no reply or contact discuting

Scam. Total scam. They won’t let you with draw they just reject everything you submit. I have submitted over 50 different files all rejected. The even apply iD and proof of address to them a week later reject my information.

I normally check up on companies before I use them but not this time as I saw it on Facebook and all I can say is this is a dodgy company as they don’t want to pay out and keep rejecting everything I upload for to be verified. They say it’s wrong format or you have ti see the corners all stupid unreasonable requests that no other gambling companies has done.

I will fight till I get satisfied but it’s going ti be a long road.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE or any other JUMPMAN gaming ones.
They make you jump through so many hoops just to get verified then when they approve your docs it says you need to contact customer support to make a withdrawal. Customer support take days to respond or just don't bother. No live chat or phone number available.
I currently have £1,150 in my account that I want to withdraw but can't. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

This 8s a disgraceful casino. Firstly could not withdraw due to not being verified. Sent all documents and now verified but payment still pending. To add insult to injury won a further 500 and now account restricted and cannot withdraw despite answering all the safer gambling team questions and filling out pop up questionnaire. This Company will try any tactics not to payout. Rainbow spins you can keep ignoring my emails but be assured I am not giving up. £1100 I won fair and square and I am coming for you by every legal route available.

I think it says it all when most legit sites at least have a “live chat” button to resolve any issues. No such option exists with rainbow spins. Red Flag.

This site is terrible. I have tried so many times to verify my account. They keep saying not accepted which it is my passport and bank card which shows clearly my name and my id picture. All because I won money and they don't want to pay out. My username is Sharlene29 if you do decided to get back to me

Terrible, terrible scam artists. Have been trying to withdraw for days and have been through the same as everyone else here (no replies to emails, upload id tab does not work so I emailed passport etc ).
Have sent one more email giving them 48 hours to respond or I too shall be taking this to small claims court.
