Very disappointed. Despite the price point these bottles are cheaply manufactured. First bottles neck didn’t fit the pump. They did quickly send out a replacement and told me to keep the two pumps. Glad they did as I’m onto my fifth already. They are not fit for purpose. Probably why they supply two per bottle. I have requested my money back.
It’s a good idea, but I think profit comes at expense of product.
Now all they need to do is answer my email!

What a lame response from you. You are not responding to your emails.

Don’t go near this company, save your money! The pumps stop working hence why I’ve got through 5 in 3 months

I purchased the wrong soap for my dispenser but didn’t realise my mistake until I reached out to Raindrop. They were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Even though it was entirely my own fault, they sent me new pumps for my bottle.
Excellent customer service. Lots of companies should take a leaf out of Raindrops book.
Not only is Raindrop a great eco company, they’re also a great customer service company too. Would highly recommend their products and the company.

I’m a new user of raindrop foaming hand wash & love it. I accidentally ordered the wrong refill & contacted them, thinking I’d broken the pump dispenser. They’ve really kindly replied & pointed out what I should have ordered instead and they’re sending new refill tablets to me for free! Fab customer service & I’m so grateful for their help!

I love this hand soap! It comes in eco-friendly packaging, lathers well, and leaves my hands feeling clean and soft. It’s a great way to cut down on plastic without sacrificing quality and tablets are small and take up no space!.

Just received my hand soap bottle as well as the refills as a birthday gift, so pleased with this. Love the idea of refills and using less single use plastic! ♻️ Anna from customer services has now helped me set up a subscription for myself, she was lovely, fantastic customer service and would recommend to anyone

Have been a customer for a few years now, great products and great customer service! The grandchildren love the foam and are able to wash their hands easier than using a bar of soap.

Ordered starter pack of bergamot sachets. All the powder in the sachets was damp and therefore would not pour out! Eventually falling out as big lumps which then stuck in the cardboard funnel! Finally got it in to bottle - and it has absolutely no smell!! Not happy!!😟

I ordered the starter pack and refills which were sent out via Amazon delivery and delivered to someone else (not even my neighbours) I have emailed twice and sent a message on Instagram but have had no response. I am really disappointed by the lack of customer service which I see other people have experienced when things don't go to plan. All companies encounter problems along the way but it is how you deal them that counts.

Please can you responded to my emails as I would like to have a refund.

Absolutely brilliant and those who are put off by the old bottles… stand back! The new amber bottles are amazing! They don’t transfer and are pure glass! Definitely worth the price to save the planet and amazing customer service to boot!

The customer service team arranged for new foam nozzles to be delivered to me as I had used my ones with the wrong sachets and did not work anymore.
They also provided information on how to dispose of the broken ones. I would recommend buying from this company!

Love using the Raindrop hand soap. The foaming soap is great for my sensitive skin with really considered scents. The new bottles feel really premium with the Amber Glass.

Once you start using Raindrop, you'll never want to go back to using another hand soap. Their foaming soap leaves my hands feeling moisturised, it's great for sensitive skin, has lovely delicate scents & is so easy to store. The refill process is simple and their bottles are perfect. They have excellent customer service, Anna is always helpful. I'd recommend them to anyone I know.

Like another recent reviewer, I ordered, and it did not come within 2-3 days as indicated. Instead I received an email from “Anna”. If that’s a real person (and you’ll see why I said that later), saying tangerine was out of stock and did I want something else. Replied to say I’d take Bergamot as an alternative. Got a reply from the “AI team”. Heard no further. The AI is broken and constantly talks about passing my messages onto “the team”, or sometimes about not having enough information to pass it on to “the team”. I think this is a one person operation, someone’s side hustle?

‘The team’ are actively deleting my comments on their reels on Instagram, they sent me a DM saying if I gave my order number they’d look for me “now”. They didn’t, but they did keep deleting my comments on their reels - so they’re happy to hide their disgruntled customers but not happy to actually serve their paying customers.

Finally in response to the actual advertising reels on Instagram - yes, I’ll take the tub of blue refill, as that actually turns up if I order it! 🥴

We are fairly new customers with Raindrop, we bought the starter foaming soaps pack and thought we would see how they were, they are lovely and smell great, as we were happy with the product we then subscribed, however the wrong refill was selected our side when putting the order through. The company now make a liquid soap, which wasn’t available when we first bought and when we made the liquid soap up in our Raindrop bottles, it clogged up our foaming pump dispenser, as the liquid soap can not be used with the foaming soap pumps!
I asked if we could send back our order to exchange for what we should have ordered and a new pump, but Raindrop went above and beyond and said we could keep the liquid soap refills and gift to someone using a liquid soap bottle, which can be used in old Carex bottles, or Baylis and Harding etc. On top of that Raindrop sent us what we should have ordered and two foaming pumps, one to replace my broken one and a spare.
So all in all a very happy customer! 😀

Bought 2 multi-surface bottles with refills on 4th Jan following a purchase of the handwash. 16th Jan order had not arrived and amazon shipping tracking said 'on way, running late', so contacted Raindrop customer service & received an automated AI response to say that my query would be passed on to relevant team to be investigated further. Finally got a response from a real person 4 days later on 20th Jan saying that order had been lost in transit and did I want another order sending out. Confirmed that yes, I did and confirmed my delivery address as requested. 21st Jan, chased CS to request if replacement order had been sent, & asked for tracking info. Today 23rd Jan, I have nothing from customer service, no tracking info, no updates on if they have sent out a replacement order. Pretty poor response - such a shame because products are really nice but I'm afraid I won't be purchasing again.

Update - Within a couple of hours of posting this review, I got a response from 'Anna' (which I suspected would be the case), I finally received my order after a lot of back and forth with her.

The multi-surface spray cleaner is disappointing. Followed the instructions for mixing, and have used several times on different surfaces, but it is so streaky and leaves a thin, white chalky finish over everything.

Overall, I like the handwash I've previously purchased, but due to poor customer service and the multi surface spray being poor, I definitely won't be purchasing from them again.

Trying to get a response from customer services is hopeless. Only half of my order has arrived. Countless emails and just AI responses. I want a refund but am getting nowhere.

Raindrop really are a fantastic company. I absolutely love the foaming soap and guests at my house always compliment it and ask where it's from. Being foaming soap my children always want to use it too so that's a win from me.
I had need of contacting customer service due to receiving a frosted bottle from an early batch which lost it's frost coating. Anna was so helpful in resolving the issue and always replied really quickly. Excellent customer service and really happy with the soap!

Nice smell, beautiful bottles and a great customer service. One cannot ask for more really!
