Thought it was all hype but took the plunge and am now a huge fan
Loved the coat … I had been wary before that these were hyped up but when I saw one massively reduced I grabbed it and loved it so much h I immediately ordered another! They are so well designed, feel great, hang well and I love that mine have little hoods. Delivery was quick too… definitely a fan now!

Le manteau est magnifique, il vaut son prix. L expédition a ete rapide, bien emballé.
Le seul bémol c est qu ils ont choisis DHL comme service de livraison et il y a toujours des problèmes... pour réceptionner un colis de cette valeur j ai pris congé et j'étais attentive et ils n ont pas sonné je n ai eu aucun mot dans ma boite aux lettres... bref heureusement j ai pu le récupérer. Je n étais pas contre aller le chercher en point relais mais leur site n etait pas clair et ils ne proposaient pas de point relais près de chez moi.

Nachtrag: nach meiner Bewertung habe ich noch mit Rainsister geschrieben und wir konnten eine Lösung finden. Bitte beachtet aber trotzdem die Rückgabe Richtlinien, da sie sich mittlerweile geändert haben.

Ich bin eigentlich ein riesiger Fan von Rain Sisters. Ich besitze bereits einen tollen Mantel und freue mich sehr darauf, ihn im Herbst zu tragen. Deshalb habe ich im Clearance Sale eine wunderschöne Jacke als Schnäppchen ergattert.
Da die Größenangaben auf der Website für mich nicht ganz eindeutig sind, habe ich sie vorsichtshalber eine Nummer größer bestellt. Mein vorhandener Mantel passt zwar grundsätzlich, lässt an der Taille aber kaum Spielraum für etwas anderes als ein dünnes Oberteil – einen Pullover kann ich darunter vergessen.
Die neue Jacke kam an und sah wunderschön aus, war allerdings viel zu groß. Kein Problem, dachte ich, schließlich wirbt Rain Sisters mit einer kostenlosen Retoure.
Leider kam dann die Ernüchterung: Ich hatte zwei Möglichkeiten. Entweder die Retoure direkt über Rain Sisters – dann wären mir allerdings 55 € von der Erstattung abgezogen worden (bei 120 € Kaufpreis plus 15 € Versand). Oder ich schicke die Jacke selbst zurück. Das hat mich bei DHL mit Sendungsverfolgung knapp 20 € gekostet. Ich habe mich für Letzteres entschieden.
Vorher habe ich noch zweimal per E-Mail nachgefragt, weil auf der Website ausdrücklich von einer kostenlosen Retoure die Rede ist. Beide Mails wurden schlicht ignoriert.
Heute habe ich die Bestätigung bekommen, dass die Jacke eingegangen ist. Trotzdem werden mir die ursprünglichen 15 € Versandkosten nicht erstattet. Damit habe ich nun insgesamt 35 € für eine Bestellung ausgegeben, die ich am Ende gar nicht behalten konnte.
Ich liebe die Mäntel von Rain Sisters wirklich – aber sorry, kostenlose Retoure ist für mich etwas anderes. Besonders enttäuschend finde ich, dass auf meine Nachfragen überhaupt nicht reagiert wurde.
Ich werde mir daher sehr gut überlegen, ob ich dort noch einmal bestelle. Zumal die neue Kollektion noch einmal deutlich teurer geworden ist und ich persönlich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis inzwischen nicht mehr sehe.
Sehr schade, denn eigentlich war ich wirklich ein großer Fan der Marke.

This is my 5th Rain Sisters coat I’ve bought this year and once again it’s beautiful in how it looks and the quality of the material. I had been eyeing up this colour for a while and couldn’t let it go when I saw it was in final stock so may never get that colour again. I will look forward to wearing it. Quick delivery to UK and well packaged. Thank you once again for such a lovely coat. Fully recommend. They are truly unique.

Malheureusement, je suis large des épaules : donc le manteau baille devant mais et juste aux épaules.
La coupe semble plutôt adapté aux femmes plus menues : comme dans les vidéos, (même les femmes plus fortes sont peu large des épaules.) Dommage mais je conseillerai à d'autres.
J'espère obtenir le remboursement rapidement.
Edit : j'ai été remboursée très vite et sans problème. Donc je recommande
