We worked with Rahul Modasia from Rainstone money for several months. Before we met him, five (!) other brokers, who were very enthusiastic in the beginning and promised a lot, just gave up our case and stopped answering emails. We are expats with European incomes and there are not a lot of lenders, who are happy to work with us. Rahul was just brilliant. He didn’t only find us a lender and a mortgage product; he was our guru through the whole process. It was the first time we bought a property in the UK. So we were completely unfamiliar with the whole process, which is extremely complex, compared with the rest of the world ))). Rahul helped me to figure out which documents we need to satisfy the lender, what can I expect, and what not to expect from a lender, a solicitor, an estate agent, etc. We kept in touch with him all the time, he was very approachable via telephone and WhatsApp, holding our hands and answering all our questions, and giving valuable advice.
