R&D Goatley Ltd Avaliações

Simon Goatley and his team looked after us from start to finish providing great service all the way and have installed the most stunning set of doors, transforming our new extension and giving beautiful views out onto a yet to be landscaped back garden.

Ps we love him!

Apart from being so professional and knowing his products inside and out he’s the funniest man we have ever met! 😅😅

Excellent product, service and fitting. Superb quality of trim and finish, and that was with a far from straightforward brief. Would definfitely use this firm again.

Excellent customer service, was provided with a variety of options and the quality of the windows were amazing without having to wait ages for delivery.

Reputation Reputation. I have never used this local Glass Manufacturer of high end windows and doors before but some time ago my neighbour recommended them, they did not disappoint, great finish. kept fully up to date from the start . well done to them,

Had a new front door fitted and the installers were very professional, polite, clean and tidy.
The quality of the front door is absolutely spot-on.
The after sales service is very impressive.
From ordering the front door from the showroom to the final installation, I can honestly say that all the staff we dealt with were helpful and very friendly.
My wife and I did not get any feelings of a pressure sale and we were surprised that we did not need to leave a deposit and only had to pay in full at the end of the installation.
The door did need adjusting after a few months of settling. Within a couple of days after we made a phone call the maintenance chap had turned up and done the adjustments. Again very professional, polite, and friendly.
Thank you to R&D Goatley for an amazing service from start to finish.

I recently had all the front windows of my home installed by Goatley Ltd, and I can honestly say the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the first enquiry through to after-sales support, every step was handled with professionalism, care, and expertise.

The team were punctual, polite, and highly skilled. Their attention to detail during the installation was exceptional, and they took real pride in their work. They made sure everything was completed to the highest standard and left my home spotless afterwards.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that not only delivers a superb product but also provides such a seamless, stress-free experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending Goatley to anyone looking for quality windows and first-class service

We recently used R & D Goatley and couldn't be more impressed with the service from start to finish. The entire team was incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. Jordan and Simon were fantastic—always on hand to deal with any queries we had quickly and clearly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Dave, the surveyor, was also excellent—thorough, friendly, and clearly experienced. When it came to the installation, Dan, Joe, Alex, and Jacob did a brilliant job. They were extremely punctual, professional, and polite, and the quality of their work was outstanding.
We’re absolutely delighted with the result and would not hesitate to use R & D Goatley again. Highly recommended!

Contacted Goatley's in the hope that they could assist with a problem related to our patio doors. They sent a maintenance engineer the following day. He was with us 5 minutes and the problem was solved. Everyone we have dealt with at Goatley's have been extremely helpful and very professional. Excellent products and first-class service, we highly recommend them. Thank you to all at Goatley's.

We recently got windows and a door fitted by this family run business. We would highly recommend them, all the team from start to finish were very helpful and informative. I had lots of questions in the lead up to getting the work done and these were answered quickly and with a great level of detail. The fitters workmanship and attention to detail was fantastic. Once finished each day they would clean up as much as possible. We are delighted with the end result! Thanks to all the team!

Highly recommended!

We had Goatley around to fit windows. Showed up on time, all work completed to high standard, really pleasant bunch of guys. Left the place spotless. Very impressed.

The advice given and subsequently ordering to fitting we are very pleased with the service received. We recommend Goately’s.

From the beginning this Company is definitely the best Company to go to for replacement windows and doors. We started by seeing Simon Goatley in late Jan 25 who came round talked with us and managed our quote for us. Extremely pleasant gentleman good with listening to everything we would like done to the property. Once quote agreed the team working at the house were very quick with all works and once started made sure that every where was cleaned before leaving in the evening, they very well mannered in fact very helpful if we had any questions. Lovely team to have around they were also very conscious to help keep the cats in one end of the house whilst they were working at they other end. I know this review is quite late as the works were well finished by the end of February 25 but I can definitely say that everyone both in the shop or working outside at you home are the best and most knowledgeable people to help you decide on what is best window wise or door wise for your house. A definite 5 star recommendation from us.

So happy with our new doors.
They look amazing and worth every penny.
From the very first appointment we were provided we all the information necessary, providing us recommendations and best options for us.
When it came to fitting the doors the guys were amazing, they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this family run business, you get outstanding service.

Excellent service. Good communication. Thorough tidy installers. Very pleased with project from design options discussions to completion.

Excellent family run business. Previously used them 23 yrs ago for windows and doors for the whole house, all still in good working order which shows the quality of their products therefore when I wanted a new window for my bedroom I didn't hesitate to use them again. Shane did a brilliant job, he was very professional and took pride in his work, leaving everything clean and tidy.

Recently had windows installed in three rooms including two large sashes. From my first visit to the showroom to look at samples through to the installation, I found the service to be excellent: Efficient, responsive to queries and the fitters were very skilled, polite (tidy!) and professional. Finally, they were very competitively priced with no overly eager, pushy salesman. Great experience all round.

Recommend this company. We have just had front windows installed. Fitters were very professional, tidy and excellent workmanship.
