Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.

We would like to clarify a few points. Your order (Order ID: RD-865804) was completed successfully, as agreed. Before purchasing, we clearly informed you that account penalties or bans are a risk associated with boosting services and are completely outside of our control. This information is also outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

In addition, the order was placed without any of the optional protection features that are designed to help reduce the risk of account detection. These protections are available during checkout but were not selected for this order. As with any boosting service, no provider can guarantee that an account will never be detected or penalized.

Regarding your refund request, we did not refuse to help. Since the service had already been fully completed and the booster had already been paid, we offered a 35% refund in accordance with our refund policy.

We also want to note that this review is a duplicate of another review regarding the same order (Order ID: RD-865804) and the same customer experience. According to Trustpilot's guidelines, one review should represent one service experience. We have therefore asked Trustpilot to review the duplicate.
