At first these guys were ok. The rep max was super responsive and polite. I didn’t love the social media posts they made for me, but they were fine, at least they were posting consistently and uniformly. Regarding seo, they were sending me a report every month to track progress etc. I paid for 3 months up front and then renewed with them for another 3 months. The first month of the Renew they started slacking. I didn’t get any seo reports, they weren’t posting videos or reels which we agreed on them doing, and now they have stopped posting all together and they won’t respond to my emails or texts. I hate this bc there’s 2 months left in my contract I’ve already paid for. But the worst part is they have all of my log in information for social media, my website etc. and now i need to go change all my passwords and reset everything. And I’m sure I’ll never see a refund since they’ve stopped responding. I have no idea why. But I’m super frustrated with everything. I would NOT RECOMMEND rank up locally to anyone. Must be scam artists :(

Rank Up Locally is trust-worthy firm and have provided me excellent services regarding SEO. My organic traffic has improved and many keywords are ranked. Waiting to get more improvement.
