I booked this test to be completed on day 2 as it is called a day 2 test and this is the travel requirement.
I tried to call you on the Chrismas Day and the following day there was no response however when I purchased the test no where on there said you will be closed for holidays.
I have received the result on the 30th however I already left the country on the 28th December 2022 so this result was no use to me at all.
I would like a full refund on this kit, as it was no use at all

Not a good experience!! My friend and I ordered the PCR tests individually but they came in one package as it was the same address with no indication of being individually named. We came home from holiday Friday night so did our tests Saturday morning. The kit was asking to register it online which was impossible to do and we had to ring to be told that it didn’t matter about it!? We posted them in a priority box that had a Saturday collection and waited, obviously in quarantine. I emailed on the Monday to ask when the results would be obtainable as we hoped to attend a funeral on Tuesday, only for the email to be ignored. On the Tuesday morning it took many attempts to contact via telephone as either nobody was answering or the answerphone was full to capacity. Eventually when someone answered they could offer no help at all and showed no concern regarding our funeral plans. On the company portal, it was only still showing ‘test dispatched’ so no updates had been applied. Communication lines therefore were abysmal and I will certainly not be using the company again.

They were very quick with results.when rules changed as to testing they refunded previous test I had booked and offered pcr test at cheaper rates then results back quickly.sent thursday pm results Saturday night.great.

Got tests, fine, followed instructions, fine, uploaded pictures, fine, downloaded certificate, fine, opened certificate, not fine. For some reason they're using .php files which don't open on Android. Sure sign of a company who hasn't got a clue.

I DID NOT BUY - LUCKY THAT I DECIDED TO READ THE T’s and C’s. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL £30 on top of the £14.99. This additional payment is hidden in the terms and conditions. You are not shown a total payment of £44.99 - just asks for your debit card details. VERY BAD

SCAM DO NOT USE you should get a locator number straight after buying contact your bank straight away

The test arrived fairly promptly but it is literally a test in a box with no way to register it or send it back to get results or a travel certificate. When trying the 'customer portal' there is no way to log in and you are perpetually told 'invalid credentials'

On contacting them I was told they can't help.

Fantastic service. Ordered 2 antigen test on Friday 22nd October, received the day after. I had entered the wrong flight number which they rectified immediately. We uploaded our results and received our certificate . Very happy with this company. Will use again. Thanks

They dispatched my box on time (I did receive it late but there was a delay in the mail, the boxes are sent via Royal Mail), but they were very responsive, reassuring, and very easy to talk to. Even if I forgot a step, or made a mistake, they were very helpful and accommodating. They were quick to respond, and made this whole process very smooth.

I ordered my kit 4 days before my arrival to the UK. When I got to my flat, the kit was already there. I took my day 2 covid test yesterday and I posted it through the mailbox after lunch. I have already received the result, within around 24 hours.
Absolutely nothing to complain! I am sorry to read all these negative reviews, my experience was absolutely flawless!

Do not give them money

This is a total scam! I received my kit for day and day 8 test on on day 6 of my quarantine. I was only able to do day 8 test with them and never got the results ( this happened 1 month ago). The unbelievable part is that there is no way to get a refund, and the NHS or Test and Trace provide no support in this matter. Extremely disappointing and frustrating!

Terrible! Tests came late, no answer to calls or emails, had to purchase another test for day 2, when they arrived I did Day 8 but a week later still haven't had results.. These tests were not worth buying and cause unnecessary stress and time wasted on chasing a company that isn't responding to anything. Very poor.

SCAM, DO NOT BUY IT. Day 2 and Day 8 test - Today is our last quarantine day and we still haven't received our tests. Tried to call several times and sent email, no response whatsoever.

Ordered tests for day 2 and 8 on June 4th. Never arrived. They don't pick up the phone or respond to email. Credit card company refunded me BUT it added more stress to an already stressful situation when you are trying to plan ahead and do the right thing.

Currently on day 6. 2 out of 5 tests arrived. 0 results for the 2 tests received 3 days after mailing. Not convinced these were even PCR tests because the instructions were for a rapid antigen test.

Not answering emails or phone calls. Disputing charges with my bank and have reported them to Track and Trace to be removed from the gov.uk website for recommended providers.

Like many other reviewers we have not received our day 2 & 8 travel tests despite ordering 5 days prior to arriving home to the UK from international travel! We chose to use this company as they are listed on the UK Govt approved list, we wish that we had looked at the reviews prior to ordering but assumed that they would be reputable. They have not replied to any email communication and the telephone line is either engaged or rings until it cuts off unanswered. We have now used another local company that have provided our day 2 result within 24 hours of testing! We have also contacted our credit card company to ensure that a refund from RapidityDX is processed for the 2 payments taken of £99 each. My advice is to DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and be caught like we were!

If I could give no stars I would. Day3 and no tests are here. Booked the test on 6th of June thinking it would have been enough time to post the tests. Their phone is always busy and replies to emails are non-existent. Please do not use this company
