I have nothing but positive feedback for this program. I’ve tried a few other nutrition and/or workout programs but never got the results I wanted, so I was skeptical when I saw this. I’m 3 weeks in to the 12 week transformation and I’m really impressed. I’ve lost 5kgs without having to starve myself, just eating 4 balanced meals a day. I’ve lost 3% body fat and gained 2% muscle rate. Fabian is engaging, and provides energy and motivation through his workouts. He has consolidated years of experience into an easy to follow program, where all we have to do is turn up and press play. The community he has created on Facebook is a great place for support and advice, and from my experience the BB team really care about seeing their users get results. There is in depth information in the various guides that have been created, included in the program that make this program excellent value for money.

Well I liked the first week but I still haven't ordered the bands because I don't have a lot of money but I never got sent how to do the second week and someone told me the Bible talks badly of yoga so I stopped doing it with another program but I don't think it's a good idea to keep billing me for the basement beast 360 if u all won't even send me the second week because I can't afford the bands to work out with u all

This is the first at home workout program I’ve ever been able to stick with. Fabian does the workout with you, explains the form, and really helps you to see progress.

They are also quick to respond when you have questions.

The Facebook group is also very helpful. It helps keep you motivated to keep pressing play.

The experience in this program is the best I have had of all the programs I have run. Exercises are hard but effective. I feel I am progressing more than with others before.

On the other hand, this is not like other programs I tried, in which I received 3 or 4 mail messages a day trying to sell me things, and not a single one asking for my progress and how do I feel. Here is the opposite: most messages are about asking how do I feel and progress, giving advices, and just a few with commercial.

Too early to tell if effective, too many side program for sale, it is like entering into a fitness shop with workouts to buy.

They start with a low price then there are so many add ons that you have to buy for the program it’s ridiculous. Only buy the program if you are ready to spend 4-5x what they tell you will cost initially.

Excellent program, I just finished 12 Week Beast Transformation and feel great. Now I am going to move on to Lean 14.

Like others have said, I too, was a bit skeptical about this. Halfway through week 1 and I felt completely different about it. You can tell this is Fabians passion and he lives by it. Exceptional. Totally worth it.

Honestly, I specifically told you way in the beginning that I am 73 years old, I have PAH (Pulmonary Arterial Hyprtonia... I run out of breath rather quickly, and have to wait a bit to regain my breath), I am somewhat obese (weight is 97 kilos, I am 172 centimeters tall)... and based on these facts I wanted you to tailor make a workout for me that is slow and easy for me to do and could be several months long instead of just 4 short intense weeks. And in an email one of your beast colleagues told me not to worry, this program is perfect for me! Well, it's not perfect!! It's a great program for your average flabby guy but not for me in my condition... So I respectfully ask you to please refund my payment. I just can not use this way too intensive program for myself in my current condition. Thank you. Dr. Kemeny Robert

Fabian is a great coach. Workouts are intense and I much prefer this "personal" attitude where Fabian works with you, instead of the other apps which just show an artificial figure doing the exercises. Working out like this doesn't feel like being alone and it even encourages you to do better because Fabian motivates you all the time. <3

I’m always a little skeptical about online workout programs, but Basement Beast is legit. The cost is very reasonable and the workouts are great. Fabian makes the workouts fun, while killing you at the same time. If you ever have an issue with anything, the support team is EXCELLENT! Quick responses and issues are resolved immediately. I would recommend this to everyone.

I’ve just finished week 4 and I love it! The motivation, that Fabian provides, is awesome. But as most of the comments will suggest, you are actually fighting with yourself, if you can keep up, you will have the result.
The only downside for me, that is not affecting the review: can’t deliver the bands worldwide, I have tried one service, but my bands are stuck now somewhere…
