I like Fabian and his workouts are killer!

Basement Beast is the real deal!! I was super skeptical at first since 90% of the IG ads that blow through the feed are junk after a cursory review (ahem VShred….) HOWEVER Fabian has totally met and far exceeded expectations with this program. I’m a super busy dad of two supporting a mom in school/new grad program… very little time and these workouts provide an awesome pump in 20-25 minutes.

I can even do them with my kids around, they love playing with the resistance bands, too! As someone who used free weights most of my life I raised an eyebrow at the idea of bands, but I’ll give anything a shot… and wow what a workout.

I look forward to continuing with the program for a long time… thanks Fabian for all your energy and hard work!!

The consistency, the less then 30 minutes you n Ed and the muscle fatigue if you do it right.
Good program

I was beyond skeptical at first, but signed up anyway because I had already tried not signing up, and that wasn’t working. I started on the Dumbbell Transformation, and realized quickly that this program is no joke. Leg day tore me up EVERY SINGLE TIME. I noticed definite results at the end of 12 weeks. Probably would’ve seen more results if I had paid attention to the nutritional aspect of the program, but I didn’t. Doing the 45 day body weight program now. Once again, leg day killed me. Chest day was also a killer. Looking forward to chest and arms tonight.

Remember, it’s only 20 minutes or so. You got this.

I’m very thankful to have started this program. It has given me structure and doesn’t take a lot of my day. I feel that I’m improving my health and having fun doing it. I like the fact that it’s not about reaching a specific number of reps but more of a focus on proper technique and maximizing each rep.

Basement Beast has been an amazing addition to my life! I love that the work outs for the 12 week program can be done literally anywhere. I am a busy healthcare professional, father of 3, and husband with not a ton of free time. I also like that I get my butt kicked in 20 minutes per work out. I truly feel that the exercise I am doing has given me more energy and a sustainable healthy lifestyle. Thanks Basement Beast!

Great workouts I like working along with the videos for form tips and keeping the proper pace. I'm still at 3 weeks but feeling results and a few pounds weight loss.
Only complaint is that Fabian hops into the exercise before you've had time to understand what it is and what band you might need for resistance. I tend to preview the routines before starting the exercise.

Best HIIT workout program out there! On my 3rd week and am absolutely loving it!

Great program. Hard workouts but Fabian does a great job keeping you motivated and crushing it. Great structure to the program and you can see and feel the results.

What an absolute perfect program!!! I’m going through the 12 week transformation for the second time. I wasn’t happy with MY performance theough the first time. This time through I’m trying to crush my workouts. I’m a 51 year old with bad knees and shoulders but I can do this. Pain is gain but it’s only minimal. Doesn’t last for days like weights. I’m a lifer now!

I am halfway through the 12 week transformation and loving the program. I have tried many other programs with no success. Basement Beast keeps me coming back for more. They are very tough to complete these workouts at first just do what you can and as hard as you can. Weekly I keep surprising myself with being able to do all the exercises and even moving up in band weight. The videos are well done and Fabian keeps you going and explains the exercises very well. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking to get real change. And is willing to put in the effort. Once again you will start to feel and see changes if you hit it with all you got! It is You vs You!!

For any man how is tired of the routine of going to the gym just to get little to no results. You just found the miracle you have been looking for. Basement Beast, the workouts are quick 25-30 mins 4 to 5 TIMES a week. Don't sleep on the short workout time he kicks your butt in all of the programs. That is saying a lot coming from a 20 year retired military veteran. The best part is you see MAJOR results. Do not think about the investment think about having the body you want and being fit and healthy all at the same time. Now that's priceless!

Everything about this program is amazing! I've actually become motivated and excited to work out, which has never been the case for me. The 20-ish minute workouts are enough to give me results while being short enough to keep this a regular part of my routine; I've been doing various BB programs regularly for the past 11 months, which is far longer than I've ever stuck with a workout plan. The videos do a really great job of motivating and encouraging without making you feel discouraged and incapable. I started with the 12 Week Transformation, but the 365 plan is definitely some of the best money I've ever spent on myself!

It's been a great experience and the results speak for themselves.

Love the trainings and the results that I obtained as of now, the only down side is that on changing exercise time, we don't have much time to adjust, could have better explanation before to make the change of exercise easier.

three different times now I have woken up early to work out and your website either crashed or is not working. I was very motivated at the beginning to use this program, but I’ve fallen back into an inconsistent workout routine, because I have to find other videos to help me. If the website is fixed, and I can actually do the videos, I would change my review to more stars.

Great selection of multiple types of programs. The main coach (Fabian) is down to earth, funny but also clear in his explanations of how to do the movements. We can see and feel that he wants to simply share his knowledge and passion, one training at a time.
He reminds us frequently to compare us to ourself only, and maintain a great posture while training is a basic, yet important notion.

This program is the real deal. I’m 63 years old and have done multiple workout programs. I’m in week three and lost a total of 6.5 pounds, especially following their meal plans.
I’m not able to use the bands at max yet, but do what I can do. I’m just a 170 pound guy trying get some definition.
It’s tough but in order to gain you have to do it. Fabian’s an awesome leader and has inspired me to be the best that I am.
I highly recommend this program for all ages.
