Rapid Welding & Industrial Supplies Ltd Avaliações

Ordered parts in the afternoon and they arrived the following morning. A bit pricey for the delivery but it worked.
Many thanks.

Good prices on quality kit. Arrived next day.

Great service with prompt delivery, Thanks

Helpful, friendly and quick delivery.

This business offers not only a broad product range, but an aftercare service that, communicates quickly, helps to find solutions in a positive way, truly a complete service, so worth recommending to all. Thank you RW

Great compamy and service. Went out of their way to make sure i got the right part
Thank you 👍

Prompt delivery of a quality product

Top service

Generally, everything was very good and professional. I'm giving 2 star less because there was a lack of information. I bought the product from Barcelona and was surprised to have to pay an additional €23 in customs clearance charges when it arrived, on top of the UPS shipping cost. The product itself was worth only around €8, so these unexpected fees should have been made clear before purchase.

Item delivered promptly in good condition

Not just rapid in name but also in action. All items arrived will definitely be using again

My first time experience in dealing with Andrew Doe was very disappointing. While initially forthcoming his attitude changed after a followup email, in that legitimate questions were dealt with in what felt like a dismissive manner with an answer begining " We are going round in circles". When pressed for an answer to a specific question sent by email to Andrew Doe the response I received was as follows..
" You are just not listening to me. Must do, because I have been doing it for 40 years"
Rapid Welding & Industrial Supplies as represented by Andrew Doe would be better served listening to a potential new customer instead of accusing the potential new customer of " not listening to me"
Our requirement for GASIQ Regulators will now go to another distibutor.

Top service excellent help would highly recommend

I rarely leave reviews, but the service I received from Andrew Doe at Rapid Welding & Industrial Supplies was so exceptional that I felt it deserved recognition.

Before placing my order, I contacted numerous welding equipment suppliers looking for advice, pricing, availability, and overall customer service. Out of every company I approached, Andrew and Rapid Welding stood head and shoulders above the rest.

From my very first enquiry, Andrew’s communication was incredibly fast, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Every email was answered promptly, no matter how many questions I had, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. It genuinely felt like he cared about helping me find the right equipment rather than simply making a sale.

The overall service and professionalism provided by Andrew were truly second to none. In today’s world, it’s increasingly rare to find someone who combines expert product knowledge with such genuine customer care, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Andrew made the entire process effortless from start to finish and consistently went above and beyond my expectations.

Not only was the customer service outstanding, but the pricing was also extremely competitive. Andrew managed to put together a fantastic package at a great price, including valuable extras that represented excellent value for money. The whole ordering process was smooth, straightforward, and completely stress-free.

What impressed me most was the level of personal service. In an age where many companies provide generic, automated responses, Andrew provided old-fashioned customer care with modern efficiency. Every interaction was professional, courteous, and helpful, making me feel like a valued customer rather than just another order number.

Having contacted many welding suppliers before making my purchase, I can honestly say that Rapid Welding was by far the best company to deal with. The combination of excellent prices, expert advice, rapid responses, exceptional professionalism, and customer service that is genuinely second to none made my decision incredibly easy.

A huge thank you to Andrew and everyone at Rapid Welding & Industrial Supplies. You’ve gained a customer for life, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for welding equipment or supplies.

Five stars simply aren’t enough. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great website, really easy to use! They have so many brands available, and I love that I can order any quantity I need. As a small workshop, I don’t buy in bulk, so being able to purchase only what I need is perfect. Free delivery is a great bonus too. Highly recommended!

I have worked with companies that have relied on Rapid Welding for a number of years, and my experience has consistently been very positive. They are always approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to support whenever needed. Their responsiveness and reliability make a significant difference to day‑to‑day operations, especially in situations where time and quality are critical.
The speed of their service is particularly impressive. Whether it’s sourcing welding equipment, providing technical advice, or supporting ongoing work, they consistently deliver promptly without compromising on quality. This level of efficiency helps minimise downtime and keeps projects moving forward smoothly.
What stands out most is the reassurance of knowing that expert support is always available. In my role, it’s important to have dependable suppliers, and Rapid Welding provide that confidence. Their combination of expertise, customer service, and quick turnaround makes them a valued and trusted partner in any welding-related work.

Very quick delivery of the original part.
