Ordered a Memorial Wrist Band. When they sent me photo of band, I realized a change needed to be made. Asked if they could do it, and they promptly came thru. Awesome customer service!

Phenomenal personalization choices
I was a complete novice to ordering customized wristbands. The options for type, color and personalization were phenomenal. I thought the turnaround shipment time for a customized product was reasonable.
Prompt delivery was critical to me since the last day of the expected delivery time frame was the day before the scheduled birthday party. The wristbands were actually delivered 2 days prior to the party so I was very pleased to be relieved of the worry.
The actual wristbands were exactly what I ordered. The visualization of seeing your chosen options displayed in the ordering process was extremely helpful. Beautiful product!! (due to all the good choices I made of course!)

Shipping will be late and I’ll miss my…
Shipping will be late and I’ll miss my promo event…..I’ve bought at least a 1000 bands over the years. They are good quality and I love the glow ones. However this year the price was higher even with the returning customer discount, I was never sent an order confirmation after I placed it so I ended up having the check with a staff member via chat. Luckily they are very friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint is that shipping takes so long (you have to pay more for shipping per band) and unfortunately this order will be late which means I’ll miss my promotional event I ordered them for.

Order wrong
We ordered 200 youth and 200 adult sized bracelets, but received 400 youth sized bracelets. Is there any way we can either have 200 adult sizes sent to us or be reimbursed?

I used this Rapid Wristbands to order our family reunion silicone bands. Everyone liked the colors, print size and over all quality. I appreciated being able to order exactly the amount I needed without being pressured to order additional (100 bands for free).

I placed an order in June 10
I placed an order in June 10, 2024 and have not received it yet. It has been sitting in the same place since June17, 2024. I was suppose to receive items on June 21, 2024. I have ordered from you before and never had delivery issues before.

The bracelets came out great
The bracelets came out great! I am very happy with them and the how fast they were received. I received them 6/20/2024. Although the only thing I noticed was after being outside all day with the bracelet on, the color seems to have faded. I have left a voicemail and would love a follow up when you guys are able. I can also send photos if needed! Please note I am very happy with the product, besides the color of the band fading. I would just like to know if this is normal.
