Lovely hampers combined with great service

Had a good experience ordering with you . My hamper arrived in reasonable time given the public holidays and the recipient was very pleased with their gift .

Raptinabox offered a variety of different gift ideas that catered for a variety of people. The box was sent promptly during the busy Christmas season - and arrived for Christmas, very impressive.

Very fast to fulfil order, friendly service and beautiful looking package

I placed an order late Monday December 13 and selected to pay extra for Express delivery to ensure these hampers would arrive for our staff prior to our last day on December 22
I got a message on afternoon of December 16 that they had just been shipped and a tracking notification. When I click on the tracking notification it says the estimated arrival date is December 22 - 24.
Surely it would have been logical that multiple hampers ordered on December 22 for delivery to commercial premises were for staff gifts and if they could not be delivered in reasonable time a phone call could be made! What do I do now?

Gift was delivered without my message so my friend didn't know it was from me. Also, it was delivered a few days earlier than requested with a note saying 'don't open until 25 Sept 2021'.
