Can't even make a purchase
Can't even make a purchase. Tried several times with different cards (3 banks), devices, wi-fi and mobile connections. I called them as a courtesy to let them know that there must be a fault with their transaction system and that other customers may be experiencing the same thing... I was told that it is due to Westpac's gateway and I had to call them to sort it out... Mate...why would I sort out your website issue for you? I haven't experienced this on other e-commerce sites, it's not for me to sort out. I was being nice to let you know of a bug which may be causing you to lose conversions on your site. I will just buy it from Gameology instead.

Hi Kathleen,
We believe we spoke to your partner over the phone about the issues you were having processing your order with a credit or debit card at checkout.
We tried to explain to your partner that Westpac processes all credit and debit card transactions at checkout. We noted on our system that your transactions were not being approved because the IP Address did not match where the card was issued. This means that either the credit or debit card that you were trying to use is either stolen, lost, or being transacted outside of the issuing country.
We also tried to determine where the issue may lie, as we have understood from past transactions, the use of a VPN (Virtual Private Network) may not provide the right information to Westpac to assess the above, and therefore, block the transaction.
Westpac provides 3D Secure Fraud Guard and other fraud protection. These systems are in place by the bank to not only protect us, but to also protect customer cards that may have been used fraudulently. We cannot override such systems as this exposes us to greater risk, especially where credit and debit cards are being misused to purchase goods from us.
Alternatively, we have other payment methods such as PayPal, afterpay, openpay, humm, LatitudePay, Zippay, Laybuy, Klarna, and humm which can also be used to process payment.

Awesome delivery time!
Very happy with delivery time and how it was all packaged. Order came wrapped and labelled fragile with bubble wrap which was fantastic. Happy to buy from Rare Candy Collectables in the future.
