The items I have received from RCTV…
The items I have received from RCTV have been excellent. The quality of my items have never been a problem. But Twice now I have been treated badly when it came to completing a collection that I was promised. I was on the line both times when the collection were just being offered yet I was not able to complete the collection. Why? Because I was not a special customer. This was quite evident. But I will still say that the items that I did receive were excellent. I will give credit for that. But I will never trust this company again. Because their special customers receive preferential treatment.
