My ratchet Barbie hoodie came very quickly and is incredibly soft, fantastic quality and a head turner! It's now my ultimate comfort hoodie. Would definitely buy from ratchet again 💜

The first thing I purchased was a bag back in 2014 when Dhillan had his own shop in Lakeside Shopping Centre. His customer service on the day was fantastic and even until he closed the shop he was absolutely amazing! Even to this day the bag is still in use!

If I could give Ratchet more than 5 stars I would, this company is one of the best companies I’ve ever shopped with for plus size clothing. Not only do they go up to a 5XL, but everything is unique. Everything is priced reasonably, if you have an idea of something that you want they can create it, whether it’s joggers, t shirts, hoodies to even cycling shorts No job is too little or too small for Dhillan and his hard working team.

I’ve personally had no issues with this company over the 10+ years I’ve been ordering from them. I cannot thank Dhillan, Lisa, Caitlin and co enough for all their hard work they give to myself and others. You all deserve a massive thank you!

The team at Ratchet are absolutely fantastic, bat crap crazy, but flaming amazing!
Their products are first class, great quality and will always try to assist with any wee extra requests e.g. no labels etc….

I have ordered several hoodies and tees from the website and they are always delivered in a prompt time frame. The products are of really good quality and the sizing is spot on. Items don’t fade and the quality of the print is second to none.

Never had an issue with anything that I have ordered. Loved everything that I have bought and always turned up in a timely manner, when it's handmade you expect to wait and it has never disappointed. Ordered a custom hoodie for my daughter and it was fantastic. Will be ordering again soon 🥰🥰🥰

I recently purchased 6 jumpers as presents from Dhillan and the team at Ratchet Clothing.
The quality of clothing is fantastic as is the value.
All jumpers were guaranteed a Christmas delivery, they arrived before the 17th Dec.

I've followed Ratchet Clothing since the very beginning, I always wondered if it was really any good and was too skeptical too order. However, I decided to take the plunge when they released the Wednesday Addams collection and I honestly wish I had purchased from them sooner, I got 2 tshirts from the Wednesday collection, and I've just purchased another two from the barbie collection.
I honestly cannot sing their praises enough, I was kept updated throughout the process of my orders, the quality is great and I honestly do wish I had shopped before!
Not only are they a great online store, they have built up a fantastic community and keep in touch with all of their customers every day via social media!
I am so glad I took the plunge and made an order and I always recommend to everyone now!

Just purchased my first item, after following for a while. Its absolutely perfect. Would perhaps go a size up next time, as I (8/10 ordered 10/12) like a oversized jumpers. But in this instance I'm still super happy. Great quality and fab design. Will defo be ordering again

I have lots of rachet clothing I came across he's brand through lucy spraggan I'm a huge fan but I have since bought more remember these are hand made so sometime take a little bit longer to get 7 to 10 days which in my eye is a good turn around the quality is great amd unique designs I recommend rachet

Love Love Love this company- I now have 3 hoodies/sweatshirts and adore each and every one, they are so unique and you can even custom your own one to suit whatever you wish.

Delivery is approx 7 days and what you would expect for handmade clothing and Dhillan (owner) is great and accommodating.

I know I will be purchasing more as they are so addictive and so comfy.

Amazing clothing. Inclusive sizing. Brilliant customer service. The community and safe space created is also something I’ve never witnessed before from any company, let alone a clothing company.

Ordered over £60 worth of stuff from these people about 3 months ago and received absolutely NOTHING.
I asked where my things were and they repeatedly ignored my emails and Facebook messages. They then told me I had to wait 6 weeks???? So they could “sort it out with Royal Mail”

It’s been way over 6 weeks since that message and low and behold I’ve heard absolutely NOTHING from them and they are still completely ignoring my emails and messages (which for the record have ALL been more than polite. I’ve not been remotely abusive or anything, they are literally just ignoring my messages and stealing my money)
