I’m very happy to recommend Ratiobox.

They are a very unprofessional company, which I have found to make numerous errors. I would never have any further dealings with them. They promise what they cannot deliver. Avoid at all costs.
Since writing this you can see I have had a response from them, so I would like to let you know why I wrote this, and it is due to the fact they have given incorrect information to HMRC of my earnings and tax payments. Being an accounting firm you would think they would have given the accurate information, but I had two payslips from them and both were incorrect and had to be changed. Surely accuracy should be a priority! If they would like me to include screenshots to prove this I have no problem in doing so.

Ben Watkins of Ratiobox and I first started talking a couple of years ago when I started Sirelark Risk Services (insurance broking). I think we connected on Linkedin first. The event that has stuck in my mind is the very first call we had. It must have lasted for about an hour (a long time for a first conversation) and it was very much one of mutual respect, with us both talking about our business plans, aspirations and challenges.
