It seems an never ending story.. Never could track the order. Got an email apologising for that...Then when asked again got a little card in the mail stating they were sorry for the delay and offered a free gift. It was ordered over one month ago and nothing...Scammed me out of 59 dollars..

I've just received today what I originally thought was an unusual good customer service, a card notifying me off a 1-2 weeks delay, with assurance order is secured. Even promising a complimentary gift. Then I googled them & all hell broke - a scammer.

We had the same experience as everyone else ordered pruners didn’t arrive received postcard. The only twist in our story is we contacted our bank and got a refund we then received a message from Rawsoil with a tracking site say they had been delivered and they wanted their payment. This is also a scam we received nothing from them only wasted time getting our money back BEWARE of this company

ordered in August .....they took the money and ran.
I've got nothing but a postcard . My question is "why would they even bother" ?

Same story as everyone else. Ordered the electric pruners and all I got was an apology card over a delay. Didn't respond to any emails, (nor did Shop the online store to be fair) and Website Still showing on Shop as trading so beware! Still scamming away.

Looks like this is a scam. I had the same problem reported by previous customers. Can trust pilot not do something to take this website down.

The product i ordered and paid for never arrived, I sent several messages with no reply. The web site 'Shop' are the most useless site ever. £40 pounds down and no one at Rawsoil or Shop could care less. To be avoided.

We sent $104 for 3 x pruning shears.
Received a card in the mail saying a 1 - 2 week delay and promising an extra gift.
I have emailed them several times seeing the items have still not arrived. SCAM!
We contacted our bank and same day, they notified that a refund to us is pending.
How many don’t contact their bank? Rawsoil should be prosecuted for fraud.

Ordered a battery powered lawnmower for $138. Received an email with tracking information. I saw "delivered" on my order; however, all I received was a postcard stating that my item would be delayed due to high demand. Never received the product. Email link now states, "can't provide a secure connection."

Big ripoff !!
Like all others have stated, just got a very flashy postcard telling me that due to huge demand my shears would be delayed 1-2 weeks. No reply to any emails since!!

SAME AS EVERY ONE,NO CUTTERS BUT A VERY EXPENSIVE POSTCARD ....SCAMMERS....

What went wrong with the item is that the item NEVER arrived!
Instead they mail out a post card with a delay update along with a tracking# to make it look like something was delivered. This company is a hoax. What they can do to improve is to completely go out of business and be arrested for theft.

MY EXPERIENCE IS THE SAME AS THE OTHERS. ORDERED BATTERY OPERATED PRUNING SHEARS AND NO GOODS HAVE ARRIVED. I THEN RECEIVED AN ENVELOPE VIA COURIER CONTAINING A POST CARD STATING THAT MY ORDER WOULD BE DELAYED. I IMMEDIATELY WROTE BACK TO THEM STATING NOT TO USE THE DELIVERY TRAIL FOR THIS ENVELOPE AS A MEANS OF GETTING PAID FOR GOODS THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED. SURELY SHOP SHOULD BE IN A POSITION TO STOP THESE SCAM OPERATIONS. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY DEALING WITH THIS FAKE COMPANY.

I would rate. 0 stars. I ordered and paid for electric shears. A few weeks later I received an envelope with a post card saying my delivery had been delayed due to high volume sales. I still have not received my item and am pretty sure I never will. No way to contact the seller.

My order never arrived. This company is a scam. I have read the reviews and everyone says the same thing.

Same experience as others. Ordered through Shop site the lawnmower and on expected delivery date a small envelope with weight of 0.02 lb was delivered with only a card explaining shipping was delayed. The amount was already taken from my account the day the order was placed. Have tried unsuccessfully to reach company by email as instructed on the Shop website (wecare.com) and no reply. The small delivery envelope (about the size of your hand) clearly did not contain a lawnmower. I've disputed with bank and reported to Shop website as fraudulent seller.

Tried to email them nothing, this company is a fraud I received a post card in padded envelope say due to demand your item is delayed but would be with me in the next 2 weeks
