Great customer service, good quality

I am sitting here waiting for my $3,000 mattress to be delivered. I paid for it Sept. 15th for delivery Sept. 18th, I got a text that the delivery was postponed to Sept 20th. It took quite a bit of work to get the room ready for delivery and still no mattress. I called last week to verify that R C WILLEY had the product and was assured that they did but it was enroute from SALT LAKE CITY. I called today and was informed that the delivery was rescheduled for the 3rd time to Sept. 23rd. They said the delivery man called but there was no answer. Well, there was no phone message either to tell me of the 3rd reschedule. And no simple text to let me know of the 3rd reschedule. Now I'm expected to put everything back together and undo it again on the 23rd??? On the chance the 4th reschedule will happen??? A company should be good for their word and not give the run-around on the phone. Don't trust R C WILLEY to get their product from Salt Lake City in 3 days ....if they even have the product!

Your team did a great job in helping us in purchasing a small dining seat and having it for pickup the next day. Outstanding and thank you.

I needed to replace my dishwasher and I was able to find the model and price that suited my needs on the RC Willey website. Ordering was very easy and delivery was right on time.

Got a new washer & dryer. Installers were on time, very courteous and efficient made sure both were running properly. I will definitely use RC Willey again. Thank you for your professionalism.

* I did finally receive my order. They assembled it and the furniture itself is great. 3 stars because it was really disappointing to my daughter who was so excited for her new bed, and because it was such a hassle to me. All because someone packed the wrong item in the process.

I received most of my order, but they sent my daughter’s bed with the wrong size and color bed rails. I called customer service and they said they’d arrange for it to be delivered the following Monday. It did not arrive. The other furniture is great, but my daughter doesn’t have a bed.

We were helped by Gloria one time and Kyle the next in Boise and would work with either one again!

I began my TV purchase Journey at RC Willey via phone & Salesmen Jeff Vargason answered my call. Technically proficient, attentive to my needs, Candid, no BS approach, answered every question without being condescending or short. Refreshing to say the least & very much appreciated. After careful research I was settled on the 85” TCL Top of the Line QM8 mini LED during the Labor Day sale for $2199 down from $3799. Jeff high lighted all features, we compared all of the rivals strength's & weaknesses. Post analysis per our Q&A session solidified my decision on the TCL. As a result, I told Jeff to place my order & put it on
my RC Willey 18 month 2% interest rate unheard of in today’s market. This transaction was conducted entirely over the phone. You can take their word to the bank period. Tier 1 Customer Service. Now onto the installation process. Forest & Jacob arrived to install our massive 85” TCL QM 8 mounting it 5’ in the above our fireplace in the Great room replacing our 75” Samsung being installed in our garage. Highly professional, efficient & extremely Technically proficient & patient to explain how to operate, navigate & maximize our viewing experiences with all of the features & capabilities of our new 9.2 Home Theater equipment. Executed flawlessly & an absolute pleasure to have in
Our Home. Forest also programmed my Sonos Headphones. Very much appreciated & valued by my Wife & myself. I then decided to upgrade our HVR / Home Video Reciever 9.2. Onkyo $ 1399 down from $ 1699. I Could not be Happier overall I rate RC Willey as a Tier 1 experience & highly recommend them for all of your needs. They are Rock Solid & and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have taken the time to provide this in detail because in today’s market it is extremely rare & virtually impossible to find. People do not take the time to reward positive experiences & will take the time to defecate all over social Media when mistakes are made. The delivery crew was on time, friendly and very quick on install. They took very good care bringing in the appliances careful not to hit corners etc. Well done RC Willey

Staff was very knowledgeable. Delivery was on time, and very fast/efficient.

Poor/no communication on setup/delivery date.

Every time we go it is a wonderful and enjoyable experience. It’s not an every month thing but maybe 5-6 times a year. From furniture to entertainment the staff is super friendly knowledgeable and helpful.

Great selection and easy on line purchases

Outstanding customer service! Looking for a panel-ready Bosch dishwasher we could drive away with…sales person checked prices at HD, Lowe’s and Costco and took $200 to match Lowe’s Labor Day sale…wow! Then another military discount applied. Couldn’t be happier with what they carry and customer service.

The only thing I can comment on at this point is the ease of using their website to place an order. We will see how delivery goes.
