Becky has been very helpful and patient while I chose flooring for our kitchen. The Orem store also helped us with securing a painting at another store. We use them a lot!

Found just what we needed, competitively priced and available. Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery and setup was wonderful. Removal a nice convenience as well.

Richard was a great help in getting us a washer and dryer. Delivery was quick and professional.

RC Willey had a $100 grocery coupon if you bought a new fridge...we bought an expensive fridge one week before the start date and they would not honor the food coupon ????? However, their rep did give us an RC Willey gift card to use on the next purchase. The rep was very nice to talk to but would not honor the food coupon. Rather cheap of RC Willey, but that's big box business. Maybe we can use the gift card???

The guys delivering my refrigerator were very careful with my older home and its narrow doorways. They went above and beyond to make sure there were no scratches.

The receptionist was very friendly and didn’t make me walk upstairs to get the free gift. The two gentlemen that loaded my item were friendly and professional

I got my order in a timely fashion, but I had to call in twice to see when I could come get it. Perhaps they could send me an email or better a text when it’s available for pick up.

Our order was delivered the day and time we expected. We appreciated the products taken safely inside our home. Fast, efficient workers. Thanks!

Everything went smooth up until the day we picked up. We live 90 miles away. We were within. 30 minutes of the store when we received an email saying"not ready for pickup". We pulled over, called customer service, they handled the situation quickly, by calling store and found out our purchase was ready for pickup. Had no idea why we got the email. Well, we are home and happy now.

Terrible communication and rude customer service

The sales ppl were judgmental and pushy.. they were rushing us out and once they knew our living situation we’re very cold towards us

I order online and it said 1-2 days then gave a date to pick up. I called 30 or so minutes before to say I will be picking my order up, and they told me that it wasn't there to call back the next day because something was going on with the online orders and not putting them in correctly. So, I called back the next day and they said that my order was never put through to process the shipment and now I have to wait 2-3 more days to get my order. I am not to happy with the online ordering system. I just hope everything is good and right when I actually get my order.

Good price, beautiful quality carpet and the install was done quickly and very professionally.

Don't Purchase from them. We spent over $11,000 to furnish our new home and paid extra to have our appliances installed. The washer and dryer were not installed, and they would not return to install. The washer ran water all over the floor and appears to have a faulty discharge pump. They were unwilling to fix it, replace it or address it. Absolutely no customer support or service. They replied to this review saying that they had pictures that the washer and dryer were installed. Yes, they hooked up the water to the washer but didn’t do the drain hose which caused a flood when we went to use it. Also, our dryer has a steam function which also needs to be connected to the water line. It was not done. So I have had to purchase the parts myself and do it after having already paid them to do it. Their policy of only being responsible for 14-days after delivery shows poorly concerning their willingness to be responsible for the items they sell and their integrity of their service. They are more focused on selling you an extended warranty than standing behind their product and sales.

Matthew in the appliance sales department in the Orem Utah store was awesome. He helped me every step of the way. And was the best. Even after I changed my mind on the model of my washer he had no problem re-doing the order. He did this with no hesitation and was happy to do it.
