A 20% non-refundable charge (if returned) for a product “in stock” a few days ago and now a “special order”.
I’ll buy from Home Depot or Lowe’s. Simple no hassle return policy on the same product.

I found the salesman exceptional!
I found the salesman, Kimball Strong, to be very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the kitchen appliances. I went in with the intentions of buying a range and a refrigerator. I purchased both of these items as well as a new dishwasher and microwave! I couldn’t pass up the good deals and incentives! I never felt any pressure from him. I call that a good salesman! It was a positive experience!

I got exactly what I needed at a cheaper price than anywhere else. It also shipped to me shockingly fast. I got constant tracking updates to the point that I knew exactly when it would show up. I love this product and it is something I have wanted my whole life.

Today at the store I received the best customer service I have received in a long time due to MICHAEL HEDGEPETH being so remarkably knowledgeable about the furniture pieces he is around in my opinion his well-rounded and outstanding at customer service. Also, CRAIG CLAYSON . Helped me as well trying to find a dining room table was knowledgeable and willing to help with outstanding customer service and had me laughing and comfortable with him the whole time definitely coming back. These employees make me proud saying I buy my furniture from RCWILLEY.

Good pickup. Bad website.
Easy and quick pickup at the doc. Available on time as stated in the order for an online purchase.
I bought it online. The website kept glitching and erroring throughout the checkout process. It took me an hour just to checkout one item online. And it was not my internet connection

Will NEVER buy from again
Will NEVER buy from again. I bought a whirlpool washer & dryer it worked for 2 weeks and started smelling like it was going to start on fire. I got the run around from EVERYONE at RC Willey and Whirlpool for 2 weeks. Still have a brand new under warranty broken washer. NOT IMPRESSED. I would give it 0 starts but that wasn’t an option.

We do have a 14 day return/exchange window, which you are not in anymore. You can try to contact your salesperson to see if they can do anything for you. Otherwise, we recommend contacting our customer service at 801-596-6950 or Whirlpool directly at 800-253-1301 to arrange for a manufacturer claim to be submitted for you.

On the order it was quoted that we could pick it up on the 17th and it wasn’t there. They told us we had to come back the next day. We are 30-40 mins from your store. Pretty frustrating.
