Hello, it seemed like we received used furniture. Some pieces were cracked and damage had been repaired and spots looked like they had been hanging around for a lone time as there was dirt that had been caked on bottoms of furniture.
One piece was damaged to the point a new one had to be ordered.
We kept all the other pieces because we were trying to unpack from moving into our new home and felt a little pressured to keep them so we could organize and didn't want to wait for new pieces

We had a great experience at RCWilley purchasing our flooring. Lucelly in the floor department is very knowledgeable and helped us decide on the perfect flooring. We did have a little hiccup but it was rectified and we were compensated immediately!

We purchase a new sectional March 2023. When it was delivered it was damaged and didn't have all of the correct parts. We were told they would make it right, they never did. July 2024 we contacted RC Willey because one of our electric recliners broke, mind you this is a not often used recliner. They charged us to sent a repair man, it is now January 2025. I have never received the correct parts, even after they made me pay for replacements, my recliner is not fixed and every time I ask to speak to a manager, I never get a call back. Don't waste your time, money or sanity.

I had a gift card that had just expired but I wanted to use it to buy an entryway console table that was only available online. I called the online customer support & she was very friendly & extremely helpful. She was able to reissue me a new gift card & took my order over the phone so I didn’t have to do it. Again she went out of her way to help me & was very pleasant! Great experience & 5 star customer service!!

I like the couch, but one recliner stopped working 2 days after delivery. I am still waiting for it to be fixed. It is a little frustrating having multiple items under warranty waiting to be fixed.

The delivery guys were rude when they found out the refrigerator wouldn't fit and they had to pull it back out. And they left without checking to see if they washer was hooked up properly. It was not. The water wasn't turned on. I had to call Customer Service to figure out how to do that. Then a few washes later I realized they hooked up the hot and cold wrong so I shrunk a few items of clothing because I thought it was cold water I was washing it in, but it was hot. When I called Customer Service I waiting on hold for 20+ minutes only to be told no one can come out for 5 days to hook up the water correctly. I live alone and I can't move the washer to reverse the water hookups by myself. I would think since it was their mistake that RC Willey would do everything to help remedy this, but that is not the case. I've bought a lot of furniture there and mostly good experiences but this was not. I'm not sure I would ever buy appliances again from RC Willey.

The purchase at the store was great with Jayson. However, the delivery situation was a mess. We live in the Bay Area and drove to our condo in Tahoe for the delivery on November 16, 2024. At 5pm on the 15th we received a text that delivery would be in the afternoon. 2 hours later we got a call saying no delivery because the truck broke down. We drove 400 miles and no couch was delivered.
Rescheduled the delivery for today, Nov. 26, 2024 and asked a friend to go over to our condo at 12:15pm when delivery was originally scheduled. We then started looking at the delivery website (after receiving test) saying delivery would be at 12, then another saying 10, then another saying 2pm and finally another saying 4 pm. Actually the 4pm text came 15 minutes after we got a call from the delivery driver at 1:44 saying he was at the condo. Our poor friend wasted the entire day because he thought delivery was at 12 to 2, then moved around to different times. I think we should get some credit on another item for the hassle of driving 400 miles and then the run around on the delivery.

RC Willey has always been our go to home furnishing store but that has come to an end. From our initial contact with the appliance salesman onto our phone conversations with the customer service department and manager, the whole experience was a total fiasco. We were promised so much that never came to pass that it's too much to enumerate. We've never been treated with this level of rudeness from a business that wanted our business.
