Fast and easy to use

Every experience I have had with RC Willey staff or purchasing online has been wonderful. Everyone is so helpful, and the online purchases are easy and straight forward. This is the only place I get furniture.

Although the delivery was late, the guys were great! Friendly, knew what they were doing, a great team. The young man that pulled the old one out and brought the new one in was great!

I ordered online and picked up at the store. It was so easy and quick, the guys that helped me were awesome!! I have never ordered from RC Willey but will make it a habit now that I know how amazing of an experience it is 👍🏻

They outsource delivery and the service they provide is below standards!! I only gave an extra star because the sales people and customer service in person and on the phone is superb, however their delivery service is horrible!! The men who came to my elderly parents’ home to deliver a bed that my disabled mom was in desperate need of due to mobility issues were callous, heartless, rude, mean, and combative!! My mother is disabled and sick and my father is 83 years old. The delivery service was so terrible and even told us to just cancel our order, they don’t care…. Appalling!!! Left my mom in tears and so shaky she ended up having another fall from being so weak a few hours later.

We ended up buying a bed and an adjustable bed frame that was way out of her budget, but Ralph was so great and we needed the bed ASAP (again, due to mobility issues). I feel bad for these hard working sales people for the delivery service to leave such a sour taste!! Another thing Ralph did that I thought earned an extra star was text us afterwards to apologize, but it wasn’t his fault. They really need to hire trained delivery people on customer service. Do not accept anything or sign for any delivery otherwise returning your product will be hell!! Thank goodness we dodged that bullet when the delivery service refused to help my parents remove their old furniture.

Don’t waste your time here, go to Living Spaces! They have updated styles and their employees don’t work on commission. Living Spaces won’t sell you anything you don’t need and their delivery service is top notch! You don’t have to move a thing or prep for their arrival. Sorry, not sorry, but we will never give RC Wiley our business again. Wish we asked around or read reviews before going there. Almost all of my friends agree how horrible it is and I’ll help spread the word as well.

Easy ordering, huge selection of great furniture and electronics and the price is right.

I will never do business with RC Willey again. The gimmicky sales and deceptive "customer service" practices are appalling.

Our salesperson Vic was incredible. The process in buying the sofa was amazingly painless and quick. Vic listened to my requirements and guided me to a sofa that was what I wanted and he make a spot on recommendation for the fabric. Will be back

Called Samuel. He researched everything and got back to me with the best option. I only work with Samuel and Jaime. Love working with them both!!!

Easy assembly. Delivery communication was real time.

It was easy to get customer assistance quickly. The salesperson was knowledgeable and patient answering my questions. I did not feel his approach was at all aggressive, but did feel it was respectful in terms of helping me find what I expressed were the important features that I wanted in the jappliances I was considering purchasing. He pointed out the differences in the models I was considering so that I could decide which features were most important to me.

RC Willey had what I was looking for at a good price. The salesman was very helpful and so was the women in customer service. Excellent finance options.

As always it's the customer service. And they have quality merchandise.
