Ordered almost three weeks ago and have still not received my merchandise after three trips in to pick up the product and have no answers to where it is or when it will be here. Also have contacted customer service and was told I would receive a call back each time and have not received a single call back.

Confused
Service was decent in terms of how quickly it took them to pull my appliance (dish washer). The only issue I had was the tech that delivered it curbside to my vehicle said I needed additional parts..... I asked him what I needed and if I could buy them there and he said yes but then didn't know and couldn't tell me what parts I needed.... He even tried to look them up on the website and couldn't find the parts I needed. He then just told me to go to Home Depot or Lowe's to buy the parts I needed....Seemed odd to tell me to go buy parts from a competitor but that's exactly what I did due to his inability to tell me what parts I needed.

There are multiple install kits available and the one you need depends on the dishwasher you purchased and what your home requires. Customer Service…
I have had to call Customer Service five times, since February 10th, to inquire about getting the half back amount that I paid for my warranty since it is now expired. I have talked to Shannon, Sarah, and Amanda. Sarah was supposed to call me back, but did not. Amanda said she would call me back that day but did not. She was working with her supervisor to figure out some kind of glitch in the system. When I called the next day, she was again supposed to call me back but has not. Unresolved. 🤷🏻♀️

Not the same
The headboard is not the same as we ordered. It should be curved on top but that one was straight one. It looks the same but still not what we ordered. We already assembled it when we noticed. Not happy customer.
