Over 2 wks of emails trying to return items and has not happened yet
The items are too small and want to return. I emailed rdm support the same day i received my items. I have emailed several times to supportrdmclothingart, its been over 2 weeks since I sent the first email. They have sent back two very short unhelpful responses, one suggesting they could send a different size but there are no larger sizes available for the items, and the 2nd email was just a 'the team will get back to you'... I think theyre trying to dodge the emails about the return requests, despite their website stating they offer returns... sooooo... be wary... ive never experienced customer service that take overs 2 weeks to figure out how to try to return an item... ?!!!!!!! If it ever does happen which at this point im doubting... I was originally thinking of buying different jacket for my bf m, but after this experience I think not... :/
