I purchased a device for car and love it. Works great. I had issue with volume and called for tech support verse my installer. Spoke with Richard and he proceeded asking who installed it didn’t they show how to set it up. I tried explaining I just a question on the volume settings. He just kept talking about the installer.

Based on conversation I have to assume he really doesn’t know how to set it up or really give tech support, he just sells them. There was no manual supplied either to go and review.

There’s a number of online suppliers of the same device that sell it for about 1/3 price and install is pretty straight forward. So if you’re comfortable doing it.

I had a RDVFL CarPlay unit installed 4 years ago on my Mercedes and it is dead. Product is not built to last. I strongly advise against purchasing.

Bought it for my car and have loved it since day one. The youtube had to be updated so I googled it and a # for Florida comes up I call and bc of the time difference I miss them a few days. One day someone calls me back and walks me thru how to update it on a cpu, come to find out the guy owns the shop so not only did he help me he was genuinely nice and not at all irritated. Thank you again

Put one on my Sound Stream Reserve head unit for a 2014 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited. Bit of a learning curve, but it works like a charm. Only problem I had after 6 months was resolved over the phone with customer service in 2 minutes. They even went as far as to offer to replace it if their solution didn't work. It did work and I am back to Cruising in style.
