Re-Tech saves the day, again !

For many years now, Re-Tech has been the go-to resource for all my cell phone needs. They are consistently helpful... and very kind and patient with all my tech challenges.
I don't know if it's training or just good Mngmnt philosophy, but their tech folks are always ggrrRREAT to work with.
I've often said, "we are lucky to have Re-Tech here in G'ville".

Thank you for your feedback and for allowing us to address this issue directly. The screen that we installed on your phone is covered under warranty for 1-Year against any defects, as long as it isn't exposed to water or becomes physically damaged. If the screen isn't performing as it should, feel free to bring it back in for a warranty evaluation. If we have to install a new screen again, it would be covered under the warranty. John Zazo, iPhone 5c trade in

John Zazo was absolutely fantastic. He was generous, quick, efficient and kept me laughing even during my brief wait. I will definitely come back to retech in the future but more importantly I will recommend anybody to go see John Zazo.

Great and quick service!

My phone (iPhone 6) was almost completely totaled and once Jonathan put in the work order for it, it only took about an hour for them to (almost) completely fix up my phone. They did find some more problems with it while they were working on my phone, but I will definitely come back to them to get it completely fixed. It was an altogether very quick fix and I am very thankful for their service.

The Staff were friendly and went waaaaay out of their way to help me get the best service possible! I highly recommend this place!

Highly Recommended

The staff is very friendly and eager to answer your questions. The only downside is the wait because so many people go there they should expand. Regardless, they do their best and I think they are awesome.

Great fast friendly customer service.

Your store opened at 10:00. There were already 5 people waiting. I expected to wait some time for help but 4 reps stepped up to the registers immediately and all of us got excellent service right away. I tell all my friends how much I appreciate Re-Tech.

Singing ReTech Praises

I have accessed your services for 4 years and every transaction has been positive, economical and staff very helpful & knowledgable. Can't be said about my other business interactions, except the Publix food store. They are great too.

You get what you pay for

Took my GF's iPhone 6S to get the screen replaced. Dropped the phone off in the late afternoon, they had it done around 8pm. The tech stayed a little late to make sure the job was done right.

The service was expensive but cheaper than a new phone, done right, and done quickly (the same day).

***Updated*** Bad phones, poor service.

I've purchased multiple phones from Re-Tech all with the exact same end result. Repairs needed, and eventually phone just outright replaced. This will be 4 phones through them now. The last one was a particularly awesome experience. Bought a great "looking" galaxy S5. I even asked if the phone had any recent major repairs. Answer? Nope! Shortly after getting it and treating it like a baby the screen starts to fall off. Took it in for repairs since I literally just bought it. Sure they fixed it for free, but they then told me it was because of the water damage it had sustained... What water damage? This thing was kept dry as a bone! Telling them that just prompted them to tell me they know the phone was water damaged (I know about the water damage stickers inside already), which means they sold me a phone with previous water damage and never really fixed it OR they just slapped a broken used phone they bought from someone earlier for a $1.50 up on the rack without checking it out first. So if I had touched this thing to any water at all it would have REALLY been screwed and not just screen falling off screwed. Oh, and to top it off while they were fixing the screen they somehow broke the proximity sensor. I would have to leave it for the pickup later the next day if I wanted that fixed... I needed the phone for work so I decided to take it home for now and bring it back in a week or so to have them fix that. Well, before I got to do that guess what happened? Yep, screen fell off. So I took it back in AGAIN for screen repair and to repair the prox sensor they broke the first time around. Dropped off one day, picked up the next. Fixed the screen, again, but guess what they didn't fix?!?! You got it! Proximity sensor! Dingdingding! I really am partially to blame here since this is only the latest story in 4 total phone purchases from them that have ended in hilariously similar ways. I should have given up on them long ago. Glutton for punishment I guess. Shop at your own risk!

*** Update***
Very shortly after posting this I was able to connect with Barrett, the manager that oversees the store I had the problem with. The efforts that Barrett went through to fix the issues I had were nothing short of astounding. I can easily say that I am very satisfied with the end result and Re-Tech has exceeded my expectations on a customer service level to make sure that the issues were not left unresolved. Mistakes happen in every business, and how a company chooses to handle them speaks volumes about them. This was handled with swiftness and expertise.
They turned out to be the good guy at the end of the story.

Fast, quality service!

Quick turnaround and friendly service. The only thing that I could complain about and it's really not a complaint but more of an FYI is that the girl associate was sitting in a chair and her panties and bum were hanging out. She could either use a larger/longer shirt or some pants that fit properly.

Great experience

I had never been to re-tech although many of my friends had told me great things. Jarvis was so helpful and kind, even though I blew his phone up with my issues. I will definitely be back!
