ferns are not as full as shown in advertising, took a long time for them to be delivered

Third time I’ve filled out this “form”. I still have not received the fern. It’s nearly sept. Too late to hang a fern.
It’s rediculous to wait this long to receive an on line order.

They kept me informed of the tracking for the package. But the ferns were not as full as I expected, and they are a lighter color than the others I have.

I saw Reactioy’s advertisement of large, lush artificial Boston ferns on Facebook; I ordered two. I waited over a month for the package to arrive from Ireland. I was shocked to see a small flat package with two small fern fronds! Of course, I was expecting a large box with two huge ferns! What a scam! The Reactioy company does not have an address or phone number posted. I contacted the support email. I was told that it would cost $20 to ship the small package to China and was offered a $4 refund. Later, I was offered a $7 refund! What a joke! I paid $40. Please beware of this company!!

Product is mot as advertised and looks fake. It needs to be returned

The leaves have permanent fold marks on the edges. Does not represent the look from the advertisement. Otherwise, the purchase would have been satisfactory.

This looks NOTHING like the picture!! Cheaply made and took forever to receive. Just Horrible

I received the parcel today and it is nothing like what I expected according the website videos and photos. I am truly disappointed with the quality of this product.

Attached, are additional photos where you express in your description that each branch can reach 27.55 inches in length and 43.30 inches when expanded, which you can see in the pictures I am providing that it is not even close. I have added a picture of your advertisement as well to show that it is false. I need a complete refund for this product as you failed to present the product as is. Thank you.

I sent pictures as they requested and they will will not provide a reasonable solution. I am reporting them to facebook.

I am somewhat disappointed in the fern. It is a very bright green which makes it look artificial. I got 2 branches and it is not very full..$19.99 but taxes and shipping made if $31.17.

They were very nice in keeping me informed during the shipping process.
