The processing time was quick.

Great and easy process

Simple and transparent process. My agents were very thorough and we were funded pretty quickly.

I had a great experience throughout the whole process. Cynthia and Jason communicated promptly and were very knowledgeable.

This company submitted a loan proposal for much more than we requested per the project's pro forma and financials provided. When we pointed this out ahead of providing all of the docs and requirements, we were told it would be fixed before underwriting.

We paid the deposit and continued to provide everything requested, then were denied the loan as they never changed the funding request completely wasting our time, and money, and setting our project back while we look for a more reputable lender.

We aren't experts in the loan process by any means, but we've been through the commercial lending process prior to this, and we found this company to be subpar at best through the process.

Lastly, after weeks we still don't have the deposit back and the company is not very responsive unless they are making requests.

They were great in getting the loan approved.
