We got referred to ready Capital through the SBA Preferred Lender Program. The process was long (Good God super long endless process) but throughout the entire process I had Sergio and Lauralee working closely and in constant communication until we got funded.
Many companies claim that they are lenders for SBA, truth is, they are not. We strongly recommend Ready Capital to anyone looking to get this done.

Sergio was with me the whole time from start to finish. Doing the SBA loan does take some time and Sergio was extremely helpful.

Process took about a week but Darisa, the agent I worked with, was professional and able to answer each question as they came up. Very pleased with the service.

Terrible service and quality. Just another 'lending mill'. No personal support or guidance. Just hash 'em up and run 'em through. One small typo and your your app gets denied with no options to correct it. A real waste of time.

We filled out an application after receiving many offers through the SBA loan program. Judeson Capricien reached out to confirm and introduce himself. Many weeks later and we did not hear from them again. Their application process is extremely lengthy compared to others. When you login to your account you see duplicate applications even though only one application was initiated. They do not follow up with you. I would not recommend this company.

Came here for a SBA loan only to get underhandedly passed onto a 3rd party lender which turned out to be a horrible experience. They should be more upfront about their affiliate relationship and when they will NOT personally handle your loan.

All individuals who have been wronged by this lender are highly encouraged to report to the OIG (Office of Inspector General) for the SBA (Small Business Administration).

The lender often plays the numbers game to remain eligible to provide SBA loans, but most of the time, they do not follow SBA guidelines. They are particularly predatory towards Black woman-owned small businesses, which they deem unprofitable. For example, they charge and request the signing of a pre-payment penalty on loans lower than $150,000 with a term shorter than 10 years, which is not supposed to be the case. Their overall fees exceed 6% of the loan, which is also against SBA guidelines and rules. Additionally, their loan officers exhibit audacious behavior, being rude, talking over clients, and even hanging up calls, behaving as though they own a successful billion-dollar company. However, it is clear that they are "employees" of the bank and not the bank owners. The SBA Loan supervisor named Guy(if that is the real name) and his staff like Kristin B. need to apologize for their behavior and do another line of work. They appear to lack deep knowledge of the SBA rules and simply follow instructions from their higher-ups. Look at the reviews it's either horrid or super great(so they can keep their SBA certification and pass SBA audits ).

It is imperative to report and speak out about these issues, as there may be more serious offenses occurring. Taking action is crucial to draw attention to these matters and to prevent further harm to small, vulnerable businesses!!

The SBA loan process was very long and tedious, but Richard stuck by my side the entire time ensuring I was able to secure the loan needed to purchase my first business. I can't thank him enough for his time, support and guidance!

Applied for the ERC with Crystal as my rep, received estimate, provided all required docs and heard nothing back for almost 2 months. Upon email follow-up I was then advised they didn't find me eligible. They refused to even convey why. Very unprofessional.

Took money out of my account without approval. Horrible communication

Response was good but, result … not.
Your website portal for clients appears to only be a payment page. So many other financial institutions, such as Flagstar, allow client to see balances, YTD, profile, etc.
