My move out of my house into storage went very smoothly and efficiently. Everything was labelled and packed in to the storage container ready for the move to my new place. The guys arrived on time, were very accommodating, professional and courteous and handled everything with care.

This was the only company that could transport my furniture and trailer 8x5 plus motorbike at same time, making the process smooth cost effective and only having to deal with one company. The whole team from booking to pick up and delivery was outstanding. Jnr at Cairns even had the decency to put our trailer in an undercover area so we could hitch up without getting wet. The guys that dropped our furniture were told by my husband that they agreed to take packing rubbish ( he dreamt that haha) but the team made a call and it was taken away. I cant fault these guys and would highly recommend to all! Thanks to all the team at Ready Movers.

John and Joey turned up bright eyed and proceeded to play a game of well played Tetris with my house goods. They were thorough and meticulous to make sure everything was catalogued and labeled. Moreover they were calm and confident which I found comforting at such a stressful time. Couldn’t recommend them more. 5 stars!! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

They don’t deserve a one star…. I would rate them as the most pathetic company I’ve ever heard of…..

Ready movers Brisbane were engaged by Midcity our insurance repairers to put all our furniture into storage while repairs where done to our home following damage from cyclone Alfred.

To say I’m disgusted and disappointed is an understatement, we are completely devastated. Instead of moving our furniture offsite as the instructions, they jammed it into two bathrooms and our laundry. We had already packed up personal belongings and had it all packed and stored safely in these areas. The boxes containing all of our personal items including delicate items, TVs, and prints were moved by the 2 Removalist on site and repacked anywhere they could fit it to allow for them to pack our furniture on top of everything. Several items have already been seen to have damage, and we will not know about the personal item stored in boxes until such time as we can unpack them.

A wine fridge and dishwasher were left on our front deck which is exposed to the weather…. What a joke, too lazy to even remove those off site as instructed.

To top it off, they put a mattress touching our ceiling and left the down light on which was touching the mattress , clearly an extreme fire risk, we could have lost our home entirely.

When leaving our property, they also failed to lock our doors, leaving our house unsecured. Fortunately, we saw this on our security cameras.

What a disrespectful company to deal with, our whole lives and memories are contained in that house, and these reckless removalist ‘packed’ up an entire 2 story home in less then an hour. They obviously had somewhere else they needed to be this afternoon and it certainly wasn’t doing their job!
