This was one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever had.

I placed my order and experienced long delays with no real updates. The tracking number they provided only showed that a shipping label was created, and when I contacted the carrier directly, they confirmed they had not even received the package. Meanwhile, the company kept asking me to pay extra for “express shipping” just to get the item I had already paid for.

This felt extremely misleading and unprofessional.

Only after significant delay and stress did the ring finally arrive. Unfortunately, the quality did not match the expectations set by their advertising. The ring looks basic and not as refined as shown online.

After researching further, I realized many customers report the same issues: slow shipping, poor communication, and problems with returns or quality.

I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before purchasing from this company. The experience, stress, and lack of transparency are simply not worth it.

This company is a scam! From Gloria to Holly (the company bots) their customer service is a pathetic time wasting email banter, and their false advertising is nothing but deceptive. There is no "Free Shipping and Returns" and there is no "Money Back Gurantee". BEWARE as no matter what, the consumer is out of pocket! Four weeks after ordering a ring, it finally arrived & was much smaller than the dimensions they have on their site. I requested to utilize their advertised "free shipping & returns". They advised that I have to pay for the return shipping costs to China (they are not a USA company). 15 banter emails later I gave in and shipped the ring back to them at my own cost. They refunded me what I paid, but deducted the "free" shipping costs of sending me the ring. I will NEVER purchase anything again from this deceptive Chinese scam of a company, & will highly recommend to everyone not to waste time or money with them!

I saved for a year. I got what I wanted and waited. When it finally said delivered. I was so excited. To finally get my ring. Nothing. The Post Office said that they scanned it. They don't know where it's at the company said that they would replace it. Then, I start getting emails from the company. Saying, send me this much money and we will resend your order. No, you've already said you would replace it. Stop being greedy and give people what they paid for

I have had 2 rings and I have lost the diamond within a year on both!😡 I love the ring I just feel that the quality is poor. The prongs are not good on either ring. They move very easily.

I was excited about this purchase. Now I'm fighting to get a refund. I placed my order on February 9th. I never received a confirmation email that my order was received. I emailed them 4 times, each time I received an email stating that my order would be shipped in 5 to 7 business days, then it was 3 to 5 business days the last response was 4 to 6 business days. Today is 7 working days after the last response I got from them. I'm going to the bank on Monday. I've asked for a refund since nothing was ever shipped or needs to be actually returned and I received again another string me along email. Please don't waste your time and hard earned money on thus company. My YouTube is constantly being blown up with ads for this company and it just makes me sick and angry! This us a warning to all of you who are thinking about ordering from here. Just don't do it!

The delivery was super slow. I had purchased weeks ahead of Valentine's Day, and it arrived a week later. ReadYourHeart should say explicitly that they are shipping from overseas. The ring itself is nice and was packaged well.

My order arrived a week after Valentine’s Day and I ordered it with more than enough time. They gave excuses for this that suggested they were long behind on shipments. Not sure why they didn’t consider this in their delivery estimate. They offered $50 in store credit “if” it arrived after Valentine’s Day. No response to any of my emails since then. No care for customers, lie about refunds and ghost you. I’d give negative stars if I could.

I ordered the red. Heart anklet from this scam site, they sent me a pair of cheap house shoes !
Do Not Order from these people !!!

Ring never arrived. No refund either

Beyond frustrated and disappointed with this company. First time customer and I will never purchase from them again. Ordered and paid in full 2.5 weeks ago and still no sign of delivery. Emailed customer service 6 times to obtain an update of delivery, receiving very different stories from the company about when I can expect the items. The tracking number they provide does not exist with the courier. I think the company is a scam. Do not risk placing an order with them.

Service is very prompt. Delivery was expedient. Now the good stuff. The jewelry is absolutely beautiful. This is five star seller ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My first purchase of this ring was this time last year. I wore it to my daughter’s wedding, for a day and night. The next day I noticed on each side of the ring a small stone had fallen out.
I contacted you regarding the ring and only wearing it once for the occasion. You ended up sending me another ring the same.
My second experience was when I wore it to a ball, and again next day noticed one stone had fallen out. It seems that the last two stones on each side are not secured enough. So I contacted you again to show you the stone was missing. After numerous emails, you said if I paid $60 you would send me another ring.
So, the third ring is sitting in my jewellery box and I am not game to wear it incase those end stone fall out.
Mark my words, if and when I do get to wear this ring for a special occasion and a stone/s fall out I will be contacting you again.

I absolutely love my purchases, Grace in customer service responded with updates when requested. I have purchased 3 different rings and love them all, very unique. Shipping sometimes takes a little bit but worth the wait for sure!

Company repeatedly stonewalled my requests for return authorisations, which I made in accordance with company's stated policy on their website. Finally had to open disputes through my credit card company to attempt to get satisfaction.

I ordered a ring with the size. The ring came and it was too small for every finger on my hand. I reached out to find out what their return process was.
I contacted them to tell them that the ring they sent was no where near the size I ordered. I sent multiple messages to them and I was ignored for weeks.
It was only when I contacted PayPal that they replied to my messages.
They refused to return my money to me. They finally offered to give me half of my money back and I could keep the ring.
I spent 100.00 on a ring that’s too small for every finger.
