Great price and delivery experience. Saved a lot of money.
My company has about a dozen satellite offices across the US and we use Staples almost exclusively for office supplies, but I did a search on printer ink/toner for our new Miami location and was amazed at the price difference - something like half the price of the toner listed on the Staples website for this specific printer. Delivery was fast and I received notifications at every step.

Easy ordering. Could not transfer the chip.
Ordering was easy but I could not get the chip to transfer at all. I tried a few times but cannot get it to work so this is not for me.

It Takes Practice to Remove OEM Chips
The first time I removed an OEM chip, I have a difficult time and wanted to return the toner cartridges. However, I was much more successful removing another one with the help of a video sent to me by Ready Toner. The cartridges without chips are much cheaper, so I am going to give them a try.

Replacement made EZ
I have an HP laser jet printer and needed replacement cartridges immediately. Upon research, I found readytoner.com to have what I needed with competitive pricing. I proceeded forward with the order after speaking with a customer service person, not an automated system, confirming the expediency of shipping. It was quick and very easy which is greatly appreciated and not always the norm nowadays. Thank you for providing reasonable options to customers!

This issue may be related to the printer’s corona wire, which can sometimes accumulate toner dust and affect print quality. We kindly suggest you try cleaning the corona wire on the drum unit. You can usually do this by gently sliding the corona wire cleaning tab (often blue or green) back and forth a few times—please refer to your printer’s manual for detailed instructions.
If cleaning the corona wire does not resolve the issue, please let us know. We would be happy to send you a replacement cartridge at no extra cost.

Extremely Pleased with Customer Service and Product
This was my first time replacing toner for my Brother Laser Printer (MFC-L3720CDW). I didn't want to pay the high prices for Brother OEM toner, but I was also concerned about the quality of compatible products.
I researched Ready Toner and found that they had good reviews, and I also reached out to them directly about my worries. The Customer Support Staff provided prompt, helpful information.
I placed an order with them for a TN229XL five-pack, and I received the cartridges very quickly and found them to be well packaged. We did have a problem with one of the cartridges leaving extra residue on the page. I reached out to Ready Toner, and they responded quickly and bent over backwards to get the problem resolved. We have only been using the new toner for a short amount of time, but the prints have been crisp, clear, and well saturated. Due to our experience with Ready Toner's customer service and their "Lifetime 100% Satisfaction Guarantee," I feel very confident that any issues that may possibly arise in the future would be handled quickly and effectively.
Given our experience thus far, I can highly recommend Ready Toner.

This was my first time buying a…4 pack of Canon-compatible toner
This was my first time buying a replacement toner for the starter toner cartridges on our Canon color laser printer. Hence, it took us 2 hours to wade through the reviews & learn that we either paid $300-plus from Canon directly or took our chances with overseas vendors. So we were happy to find Ready Toner close to home & still saved over half the price of actual Canon cartridges with swift delivery time! The toner cartridges were easy to load into our printer and so far, they work smoothly & the printouts are crisp & bright - what a relief!
