EXTENDED SHELF-LIFE • ReadyWise products can last up to 25 years. Preparing for emergencies can be overwhelming, but with ReadyWise, food doesn't have to be one of your worries. SMALL PORTION POUCHES • This innovation differentiates ReadyWise from traditional food storage offerings. Most emergencies do not require you to open a large container, but rather the need for just a couple of quick meals. So that is what we have done – food in small portion pouches. This eliminates waste, consolidates stor-age space, and ensures variety and convenience during an emergency. BUCKET STORAGE SYSTEM • An extra level of protection and convenience. Our emergency food containers are stackable, light-weight, and easy to store for emergencies or outdoor use.

This was the first visit to the Readywise website. Interesting site with a lot of useful information and a good range ‘just in case’ food. I’m still deciding which of the food to try but I have been told that it tastes good by a friend and should store well.

Well packed but best before is 18 years, not 25
Well packed in a robust plastic bucket and delivered to schedule without drama. The cost per meal equates to very favourably to individual survival meals but, as I haven’t opened it yet I can’t comment on the taste.
4 stars rather than 5 because it prominently advertises “up to 25 years shelf life” while mine, packed in early 2025, has a best before date of 31/12/2042, less than 18 years. The practical effect of this is debatable , but when its bought as part of a rolling program your replacement interval is not as long as you’d planned for.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for choosing ReadyWise, the leader in emergency food.
Your product is indeed good for 25 years.
I think the UK warehouse simply forgot to add the correct “Best Before Date” of 31/12/2050.
Thanks for your feedback, this has now been corrected.
Also, open a pouch inside the bucket and try it out - it’s also tasty and convenient.
Best regards,
ReadyWise

Didn't expect the servings to be like 4 in a packet.
We separated portions to so we didn't cook the entire packet. It was difficult to find the oxygen packets on the inside without doing this.
When we came to have the last of the cinnamon breakfast, it was just a soup as we had use all the oats previously.
We also found it easier to cook in a hob which if you have access to hot water, you will also have access to a pan of boiling water which means a packet of super noodles would have been a cheaper and taster meal.

Hi Andrew,
thanks for choosing ReadyWise, the leader in emergency food. We love customer feedback. All our breakfast, lunch and dinner recipies comes in 4-servings pouches. We have tested differenct serving sizes but most of our custmers asked us keep it at 4. The oxygen absorber keeps the unopened pouch fresh for up to 25 years.
Quick delivery
I have been low key prepping for a while. Even though it's more than I would normally purchase for l believe it's well worth the money.
