Pat and Nate were amazing and incredibly helpful. They both worked with me to get the best rate I had heard of at a crazy time in the market and were extremely personable and efficient. Our the paralegal at our closing could not stop raving about how great they were to work with from the legal side as well. Can't recommend this team enough.

Real genius was able to beat any other lender I had found. Dean, the mortgage officer was very communicative throughout the process. Trey and the closing team kept up the attentiveness for an overall smooth and easy refinance.

Dean Christopoul was very patient with me as I wanted to wait until rates hit a particular value. He wasn’t pushy and simply let me know when it occurred several months later. He explained the entire process, all the terms and was very responsive when I had questions. Closing was a breeze and the attorney came to my house to sign the papers. Pleasant and easy process and I asked him to reach back out if rates drop again. 100% recommend!
