Garbage website with even worse customer service. Still not even sure if this is a legitimate website. If you ordered from them, I highly recommend you file a chargeback. These clowns gave me the runaround for 2 months regarding my order. I had to keep chasing them down to get updates regarding my order, and they would either ignore me or copy and paste a message claiming Australia Post was placing limitations on my order. I've had SEVERAL orders from other businesses be delivered to the United States through Australia Post AFTER placing my order with Real Pop Mania. To this day, they still hadn't explained to me what these "limitations" are. 2 months after placing my order, after weeks of trying to reach out to them for updates, they suddenly canceled my order and messaged me about the refund, as if I had requested it. All I wanted were the Funko Pops I had ordered. I cannot emphasize enough that potential customers should AVOID this website. I still can't even confirm whether they truly sell Funko Pops, but I'd completely avoid the hassles, headaches, and interest-free loans involved with shopping with this incompetent business. If you find a Funko Pop you want on their website that you can't find elsewhere, STEER CLEAR. It is NOT worth it. Don't go through the mental gymnastics I had to go through to justify the purchase. This company is fraudulent and is attempting to scam unsuspecting customers. Do not let it happen to you. Do not waste your time. I promise, nothing is worth the hassle of dealing with companies like this. Save your time, patience, sanity, and money, avoid Real Pop Mania like the plague.

Awful customer service months waiting on item for a gift christmas came and went so said to cancel the item to which i was informed it was already on its way no sign of it till weeks later when I turned away delivery it returned to them and they charged me for having it returned

Ordered item on May 13th and never heard anything else. They charged the card and did not send out the item. I am currently trying to cancel the order and no one responds. I have tried multiple avenues. The next stop will be getting my credit card company involved. Horrible customer service??? Try NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

More than 2.5 months from order and payment - and still not delivered! Return my money!

So so so bad!!!! Delivery 1 month and after that my package came. And guess what! I had to pay more money for the delivery bcs this s**tty website. I paid for delivery online and now I had to pay again bcs of them. Don't buy anything!

After having purchased on this website, I have to say that I have no complaints, I purchased 5 Funkos, unfortunately one was not in stock, but they immediately informed me of the problem, and provided me with solutions, such as replacing it with another of the same price, or failing that, make a refund, I finally made the refund because there was none that I wanted at that time, and it was done just as the person who assisted me indicated, the products arrived in good condition, They are original, and there has not been any problem that you cannot find anywhere.

The truth is that I have seen several reviews, both positive and negative, and I don't quite understand some of them, since they do help you, answer emails, offer solutions, and about the delays, well, I'm from Spain Nor can I say anything about a product that comes from outside the European community, it is normal that it may take time, what's more, in most cases the delays are unrelated to the web services and must be understood.

My recommendation is that if you want a Funko and you find it on this website and the price seems right to you, buy it without a doubt, the wait is often worth it.

The worst customer service I've ever seen. They don't reply to your emails for weeks if they even reply to you at all. I bought a product and they took my money, only to tell me weeks later that they don't have the product and the only resolve is to send me another item of equal value. Yet they never respond and don't send you any updates at all, whether it's via mail or their social media. Truly terrible. I never received the other chosen item, nor my original item, nor my money back. Never buy anything there

Dont know what happened to the others who bought from this site. I order from them on the 30 of August and got them on the 16th of September. Good quality, would highly recommend.

Ordered on 3rd Aug and got delivery on 20th Aug, shipping to Spain with updates as it reached each step. Phenomenal experience, really recommend it :)

The estimated delivery time was 2 weeks. I have waited over 2 months for my funko pop. I have decided that i didnt want to wait any longer and asked for refund. They aproved my refund right away but it has been over a week since they aproved it but i havent seen my money yet.

Order didn’t come, don’t answers emails, and didn’t return the money

The products they offer are good and with fair prices. It's a shame that the customer service is non-existent. I ordered 4 funkos, one of which was a pre-order (with website saying estimated release 3 months prior to my order). They didn't contact me at any point about the pre-order thing, instead they sent the rest of the items (for which I paid the custom fees of 4 products, since I thought I'd be getting them all) and went silent.

After I contacted them and asked about it, they basically said "yeah it's a pre-order we'll tell you when it comes". I reached out more times during the following 5(!!!!!) months when I didn't hear anything from them. I even tried to cancel the pre-order, but I didn't get any replies to my emails. Suddenly after 6 months I get a notification from my local post company about a package; they finally got it and sent it. Never told me they were sending it (not that they would've told me anything else but you know). Now I've got my order in full and I'm never going to interact with them again.

TL;DR: Products are great, service sucks. Waited 6 months to get my order completely, only communicated when I asked first, paid customs twice for an item since they didn't tell me they weren't sending all of them at the same time.

Edit: oh and they don't even ship the items themselves, the products come from an Australian company called Popcultcha.

Je ne recommande pas du tout ce magasin de Funko pops , j'ai passé une commande le 1er Décembre 2023 de 5 pops qui étaient en stock . Le surlendemain je vois dans mon "suivi de commande" qu'ils m'en ont envoyé que 3 ( les 2 autres bizarement n'étaient plus en stock).A ce jour 3 semaines après ma commande je n'ai toujours pas reçu les 3 pops envoyé ( qui sont toujours apparement quelques part en Australie). Je ne sais même pas si je vais les recevoir quand aux 2 autres , je n'y compte plus dessus.....A fuir

I ordered 3 funko pops from realpopmania and delivery time should've been around 2 weeks however I've waited for over a month for it to come. I use Route to track my orders and even after a month of waiting, order status still wasn't showing up as 'on the way'. I decided to look up some reviews of this store and found only negative ones. Not a single positive review. I tried contacting their support via their official site, via Facebook and even tried to call some number I've found. Nothing. I eventually gave up and resigned myself to the fact that I've been scammed. A week later I received an email regarding my order saying one of 3 items I ordered actually wasn't available even if their store has it on sale. They offered me an option of choosing any other funko pop of the same value as a replacement since they don't do refunds. I agreed on that and after maybe another week all 3 of them arrived. They look amazing. Package wasn't damaged nor the figurines.

Items arived in great condition and I'm happy with them but delivery time and customer support was terrible. I'm glad I got in touch with them and everything went well at the end but still not the best experience.

Ho comprato due oggetti, gli stessi non potevano essere spediti finché non venivano rimosse le limitazioni del produttore. Ebbene Funko Europe ha messo in vendita gli stessi oggetti, ma per correttezza non ho provveduto all'acquisto, avendo già preordinato da loro i medesimi beni. Una volta contattati mi specificano che non possono spedire gli oggetti, e che trattengono la somma per eventualmente altri acquisti sul loro sito... ad oggi sono in attesa di una loro risposta... (mi riservo di modificare la recensione)
