Every part of the customer experience has been five star. From the cheery, friendly and super efficient Jamie who dealt with my bookings over the phone, to the whole customer experience during my appointments. Kathryn is incredible. So lovely, knowledgeable and skilled in what she does and has many many years of experience behind her. I have had the same treatment elsewhere in the borough before finding Kathryn and have to say, there is literally no comparison in terms of service and the end results following treatment. I will only be going to Kathryn in future!

I had micro needling. It’s not the most comfortable treatment but eventually the results were excellent. I’ve had so many compliments about how I’m looking younger! Amazing consultation today, it’s rare you meet someone who will be so honest. Who would rather tell you what you really need rather than just sell to you, especially in this field, even if that means no treatment with them. I would trust my non invasive cosmetic procedures 💯 with Dr Kathryn. One word of advice - book!

I saw Dr Kathryn Taylor Barnes to discuss HRT for peri menopause. After an in-depth consultation, my bloods were taken and sent off for analysis. The results were back within 36 hours, I had my prescription and my HRT creams sent to me a few days later. I couldn’t recommend this service enough. I have advised my friends and colleagues to see Dr Kathryn also.

I have had a few cosmetic procedures in the Real You Clinic with Dr Kathryn. She is extremely helpful and clear about the results when explaining the procedures and professional. She was kind and caring and did everything with the benefit of the patient in mind. I’ve had great results with both the Botox and IPL treatment and it’s always a pleasure seeing Dr Kathryn and I of course will be returning many times in the future. Kathryn was lovely and totally understood my concerns, my energy levels were so low and after many hormonal patches from the NHS I was still feeling flat , confused ,constantly tired and my hot flushes were terrible. After my bloods were done Kathryn put me on a hormonal cream to suit what my body had been craving for years .. plus the vitamins that I had been lacking in ... its still going to be a journey but I feel a million times better than I ever thought I could feel !

Wonderful visit as always - Dr Kathryn has a wonderful manner and feels like a friend. All of the treatments I have had are excellent and done with a very light hand, so the result is natural. Dear Dr. Kathryn - I’ve been meaning to drop you a line to let you know how pleased I am with the little imperfection you removed on the corner of my mouth a couple of months ago. I was recommended the real you clinic by a friend… I had some Botox & laser treatment. As soon as you walk in you are made to feel at ease the clinic is spotlessly clean. Dr Kathryn is amazing, she is truly professional & extremely knowledgeable I will not hesitate to use her in the future & highly recommend if you are thinking of having a treatment. The results of mine were amazing my laser treatment worked first time & my Botox didn’t even need a top up session as amazing results first time. Thank you Dr Kathryn

Dr Karthryn was excellent, my skin is much improved. I had Nordlys Light and Bright and it really helped with removing redness and sun damage, and reducing pore size too. I look fresher and my skin is much smoother I've even had comments. A great outcome and I highly recommend the treatment and Real You Clinic.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel so happy with the recent experience I had from Dr Kathryn at Real You Clinic. From start to finish the process of booking in with the cheerful helpful Jamie on the phone to meeting Dr Kathryn in beautiful clinic I knew I was in good safe hands. I was reassured throughout the treatment time and it steadied my nerves. Now after a week the swelling has subsided and the skin looks so much better. My confidence is boosted again and I feel a lot happier in myself. I highly recommend this clinic and only wish I had visited sooner. 5 stars !!

I don't often leave reviews, however after an appalling experience yesterday I feel the need to share my disappointment.

I've been a customer of Dr Kathryn for many years. I can't fault her at all. I did however have a bad experience with her new receptionist Jamie. I had my appointment booked in for months, I called the day before to confirm my appointment as I did not receive a reply to my email the day before. It is a long journey for me so just wanted to avoid any surprises.

As I don't have the surgery's number saved on my phone (recently changed phones), I googled Real you clinic and called the number that popped up. This went to voicemail and I then realised it was a mobile number, after another search I called the land line and was greeted by Jamie who started questioning me continuously as to why I called the doctor on her mobile. Quizzing me over and over again as to why I've not received her email or text message she has sent. She was rude and put the phone down in my ear and cancelled my appointment. I tried calling back but my phone calls were not answered.

I am taken aback as I simply called to confirm my appointment on a number that came up on a google search. It is clear that repeat business is not important to this clinic nor does this receptionist cares about Dr Kathryn's clients.
