I am writing to share a comprehensive account of my recent, profoundly disappointing experience with RebelsMarket. My journey began with an optimistic search for custom-made boots, specifically requiring a 2E wide fitting. After browsing your online selection and not finding specific wide-width options, I proactively reached out via email to inquire about accommodation for my specific sizing needs.

their prompt response, confirming their ability to create an "extra wide dress boot," was initially reassuring. However, a slight red flag appeared when I was asked to provide precise foot measurements. While I complied, it struck me as peculiar that a company specializing in handmade footwear wouldn't possess established standards or a clear understanding of typical wide-shoe measurements, especially when offering custom services.

Upon receiving the first pair, despite my careful measurements and their assurances, the boots felt akin to a standard D width, significantly narrower than the 2E I required. This necessitated further communication and another attempt. I meticulously re-measured my foot, hoping for a correction.

Regrettably, the second pair proved to be an even greater disappointment, fitting closer to a B width – narrower still. This repeated failure in sizing, after two attempts and direct communication, was incredibly frustrating. Adding insult to injury, I was then unexpectedly presented with a FedEx bill for approximately $17 in customs fees, as the boots originated from Pakistan. This crucial detail regarding international shipping and potential customs charges was never disclosed during the ordering process, leading to an unwelcome surprise expense.

The financial burden didn't end there. To return the ill-fitting second pair, I was forced to pay $108 out of my own pocket for shipping. While I don’t appreciate that RebelsMarket never reimbursed me the shipping fee, the initial outlay and the hassle of arranging international returns for a product that repeatedly failed to meet the agreed specifications were considerable and entirely avoidable.

Beyond the sizing and hidden costs, the overall quality of the dress boots was far below expectations. The soles felt cheap and flimsy, the leather quality was mediocre at best, and the interior construction was particularly poor, lacking any discernable lining or padding, which severely compromised comfort and durability. This starkly contradicted the impression of artisanal, high-quality footwear I had hoped for.

In summary, my experience with RebelsMarket was a significant waste of both time and money. It took over a month and a half of back-and-forth, re-measuring, and dealing with unexpected expenses, only to conclude that the product was unsuitable in every respect.

In stark contrast, I subsequently ordered dress boots from Boots Barn. They delivered the correct size and superior quality on the first attempt, at a price point $145 cheaper, and within a mere five days. This experience clearly demonstrated what efficient service, accurate sizing, and genuine product quality look like, further highlighting the profound deficiencies encountered with RebelsMarket.

I will not be conducting business with RebelsMarket again.

Hello I am a seller I had an account on Rebel Market and I have paid $40 to open my shop and when I made my first sale I have posted the hand made shoe to USA I have got all the delivery details but never get money for that the CEO “Grace Wajinku” said they will investigate and this was 6,7 months ago I have left a review here he replied that they will do investigation but after that no reply I have all the proof but I feel Rebel Market has scammed me. Please beware. All proofs will be provided on asking!!

So, they were taking awhile to ship. I emailed, they said it was custom made and that is why the time delay. So I waited. It was finally shipped then sent to the wrong state. I enquired about it, took many days to get a response. Finally got a response. The response? Apparently my custom made (you know fitted to my specific measurements that they already sent out to me) shirt is now put of stock. So hopefully they gave MY shirt to someone with MY measurements! Unbelievable.

This company takes to long to ship items. Whatever system they have sucks. They do respond to text messages but give you the same lie every time. We will ship ASAP or we will forward this order to priority whatever. Still took 1 month to receive my pants. And one pair wasn't the size i ordered. I will never shop there again.

Total rubbish. The designs are good but the quality is incredibly cheap. I bought a pair of shorts that lasted one summer and then feel apart. The material was so thin that you could put your hand through it. When I brought this to their attention I was fobbed off and told that they aren't responsible for the quality of the merchandise they sell. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered what was meant to be a Christmas gift for my son, well before Christmas. After a week of no update on the shipping, I was getting worried and emailed the company. "We're busy with the holidays" was the response back. The item did not arrive until the New Year! Very disappointed, and will never buy from them again!
If you have a "holiday sale," you should publish on your site, "Order by ___ date to make it by Christmas!" or something.

It takes a really long time to ship

I ordered a bodysuit & needed it for an event next week however I received the wrong bodysuit. I emailed support on Wednesday & still have not received a response.

This company not only carried original 'New Rock' shoes, but they offered the best price. Also, they communicated by email to double-check the shoe size before charging. Finally, they said it might take a few weeks to make the shoes, but then they arrived within 10 days - making the best birthday present ever! Thank you Rebelsmarket!

Finding alternative clothing in Canada is next to impossible - especially as a male - and EMP (Europe) doesn't deliver here.

So, I googled around and came across Rebelsmarket. I was a bit hesitant after reading reviews on external platforms like reddit.
However, I decided to make an order.

Positive:
* Ok prices.
* Good selection.
* Smooth communication with Rebelsmarket.

Negative:
* slow (expected) delivery - 2 months.
* the quality was overall ok, but some items had poor sewing and weak threads (but that can easily be fixed).
* Sizes are a bit small - if you usually wear L, consider XL.

Conclusion:
I'll order again for sure.

A beautiful piece that is exactly as shown. Has a nice weight to it that is very reassuring of good quality. Overall very very happy with my purchase. Fast delivery too.

This company offers a refund policy that seems adequate. However if a product you purchased was shipped from Pakistan, returning it to Pakistan for a refund can cost $50. RebelsMarket should reveal details, such as "hand made" in the product description as well as where the product must be shipped for a refund. I appreciate the product maker accepting my return but it was only then that I became aware that it must ship to Pakistan. I will not be buying from them anymore unless I am prepared to just loose the cost of the item.

My only complaint is the shoe I received did not mirror the shoe you advertised. But, I can live with it. Hesitant to buy additional product from your comoany..

Purchased a fashion underbust corset. It's very well made and fits true to the website sizing. It arrived promptly in perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier and will be purchasing other items from them in the future.
