Terrible experience. Bought a gun more than two weeks ago. I emailed them and they wrote back a pissy note saying they ship out in 3 to 4 days like the top of our website says. After day 5 I emailed them several times and got no response until I threatened to reverse the charge. Then they canceled the order. No explanation, nothing. So I wasted a bunch of time and hassle and now I have to start back at square one. They're great a spamming you with daily with five or six emails but not so much sending out the items you buy.

While they sent the wrong ammo, they stood behind their commitment and quickly sent out the correct order. They responded quickly and politely to all my questions and concerns. Prices and shipping make them very competitive. They took a mistake and turned it into a very satisfied customer.

I ordered Speer Gold Dot ammunition. They sent me Federal factory seconds ammunition. When I emailed them to ask for either a refund or the correct ammo, they said they would "sell" me the wrong ammo they just sent me instead.

It seems as though every time I come back to attempt to do business with Recoil I am disappointed. The turn around time for getting your order is ridiculously long. The excuse is too many orders. My answer is hire more people as your customers shouldn’t bear the brunt of bad planning. I’m currently waiting 2 weeks for an order where the last time I had an update was 10/29/24. Today is 11/5/24. I think they’re great to do business with as long as you don’t mind waiting 2-3 weeks for your order. I for one can’t wait that long…

I ordered some ammo from this site and only two minutes later I received an email saying that my order had been canceled. Confused, I tried to reach out to the seller but was greeted by absolutely nobody. I tried to contact them three times but have still not received a response.

Update: I was refunded days later but I still haven't talked with anybody.

Best prepared shipment of ammunition I have received in the past 40 years.
Their ammo pricing is unbeatable.
I was a bit concerned been my first time ordering from RG. However, even do their automatic order notification system needs some improvement. All the items ordered arrive at a reasonable time, and when I contacted them directly regarding shipment they responded in time.

Can’t get hold of anyone, it’s been 9 days and my order is still processing. By the end of the day if there is no response I will report a fraudulent refund

I can't get a hold of anyone and ordered guns over a week ago but never shipped. I have sent emails and called and nobody replies. I have never experienced this buying from an online dealer!
I guess I'll call my credit card company to get a refund.

By far, Recoil had the best price on the firearm I purchased, locally and online. Believe me, I searched around a good bit. Good communication through email and customer service. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a firearm. They've earned my business as a repeat customer in the future.

Ordered ammo from them that was on sale waited decal days then got a email that my account was refunded and they had a “ technical error and they never had the ammo in stock “ I think they overe sold and just wanted a excuse when it was posted on there site!

Bought 2 19x 19round magazines from them. Both base plate have bad defects in them. Reached out to customer service and sent pictures. Was told it was not their problem and to contact Glock directly. Horrible company only interested in your money. Have ordered countless things from them this last year. First time I have a issue as a loyal customer I am told that it isnt their problem. Its my problem and Glocks. Do not do business with them. To your comment below. This that was never stated in the initial email exchange. No one mentioned that they had looked at you other mags in stock and saw it. Only today after being blasted on a review did you take time to try to explain your answer further and why. Once again poor customer service. My review stays.

This was my first time buying a firearm from them it’s been 9 days no shipment no tracking nothing I understand shipping delays but to not attempt to ship in 9 days is concerning they will not respond back to my cancel order or refund this has been and extremely bad service I will consider my review if they can just cancel and refund my money

Ordered a case of 200 rounds Federal Gold Medal Match 308 Win168gr, quick email customer service and delivery under a week at really nice price. Great UPS tracking. Averaged 26$ a box of 20. Much better than other sites I've ordered from.

Everything arrived as described. The shipping was like Jimmy Johns FREAKY FAST! ordered a pistol Thursday, it arrived in rural Colorado Monday. Took other more well known places almost two weeks.

Ordered ammo and was shorted 1 box. Called and emailed multiple times with no response. I will not buy from them again and I suggest you strongly consider not buying from them. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! All they want is your money. One of the worse companies I’ve ever dealt with.
