Absolutely horrendous company to deal with communication is non-existent product has not arrived. They do not answer emails and so we’ll have to go through the credit card company to get my money back do not spend your money with this company

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Kunde bei Recon Company. Ich hatte nie Probleme mit Bestellungen. Retouren und Ersatz wurden stets zur Zufriedenheit abgearbeitet. Auch der telefonische Kontakt war zufriedenstellend. Die Beratung bei Bestellaufnahme wurde durchgeführt, bei speziellen Fragen auch Rückfrage gehalten. Vielleicht kam die Antwort mal später per Mail, aber sie kam. Rabatte haben immer funktioniert und Behördenrabatt auch. Ich war und bin rundum zufrieden und bleibe treuer Kunde. Abgesehen davon war och von der Qualität bisher nie enttäuscht. Mit Ausnahme bon MilTec Artikeln, aber selbst die haben stark nachgebessert in den letzten Jahren.

Ein wirklich großartiger Laden für Militär-, Camping- und Outdoor-Ausrüstung sowie passende Kleidung und Accessoires. Schon beim Betreten merkt man sofort, dass hier Qualität und Kundenservice an erster Stelle stehen. Die Auswahl ist großzügig und sehr gut zusammengestellt – egal ob man etwas für Outdoor-Abenteuer, Camping, Alltag oder spezielle Einsatz- bzw. Militärartikel sucht, man wird hier definitiv fündig.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service: extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und kompetent. Man wird nicht einfach „abgefertigt“, sondern ehrlich, ausführlich und verständlich beraten. Alle Fragen werden ruhig erklärt, man nimmt sich Zeit und fühlt sich als Kunde wirklich ernst genommen. Genau so sollte Beratung aussehen.
Die Preise sind dabei einfach unschlagbar. Für die gebotene Qualität sind sie mehr als fair – ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Produkte selbst machen einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck und halten, was sie versprechen.
Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist, dass das Sortiment regelmäßig erweitert wird. Es lohnt sich also absolut, öfter vorbeizuschauen, da immer wieder neue, interessante Artikel nachkommen und das Angebot ständig frisch bleibt.
Fazit: Top Beratung, top Service, top Qualität und eine starke Auswahl. Ganz klare 5 Sterne – und wenn es mehr gäbe, würde dieser Laden sie definitiv verdienen. Absolut tipptopp und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert! 👍

Be careful with this company. My "Carinthia" jacket is not made in Europe, but in "Armenia" and the sewing quality is very terrible. In one place the seam was torn and resewn, leaving small holes in the material. Everywhere you look in the jacket, the seams are crooked and poorly finished. I really regret, spending my hard-earned money on this jacket. But you lost me right now and I think it's much more than I lost. If you buy "Carinthia" products, only from a "Carinthia" store. At least you can return it and they will answer you the same day, while with these companies you will wait weeks for an answer. I'm going to throw this jacket away in the container and order new one from "Carinthia" store next month. What you are doing is a criminal and disgusting.

I have placed multiple orders with Recon Company and there has been a problem every single time. The staff are rude and unreliable. Today I called to check my latest order and was told “we can’t answer, we will call you”—but no one ever called back. The lack of communication, follow-through, and basic customer care is absolutely disgraceful. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Compré un artículo, escribí mi dirección para el envío y su programa de manera predeterminada marca el envío para Alemania. Después de varios días esperando el envío, lógicamente no llegó. Cuando me puse en contacto con ellos me dijeron que el error era mío y que no me devolvían el dinero integro, sólo el de la compra que quedaba en una cuenta de cliente para futuras compras. Tuve que reclamar y decir que quería el dínero en mi cuenta bancaria, pero no me lo han devuelto integro. No aconsejo la compra en esta página.

The Recon Company itself isn’t bad—their payment method is a bit unusual, but everything went smoothly at first. The real issue was the lack of communication about my order. After paying with PayPal, I checked my orders and it said **"Order Completed,"** but there was no tracking number—just a confirmation email. Days passed, and still no tracking info. I got nervous, thinking I’d been scammed.

I sent an email but got no reply for 2-4 weeks. After sending a second email, they finally responded and provided the tracking code. From there, I just had to coordinate with my local delivery service (in my case, Mexico’s postal system).

I placed the order on **February 25**, it arrived in Mexico by **March 5**, and I picked it up on **March 10**—so shipping was fast and secure. However, they **should respond to emails sooner** and **include the tracking number right after purchase** to avoid confusion.

La empresa Recon en sí no es mala; su método de pago es un poco extraño, pero al principio todo salió bien. El verdadero problema fue la falta de información sobre mi pedido. Después de pagar con PayPal, revisé mis órdenes y decía **"Orden Completada"**, pero no había número de rastreo, solo un correo de confirmación. Pasaron los días y seguía sin recibir el código de seguimiento. Me puse nervioso porque pensé que me habían estafado.

Les envié un correo, pero no respondieron en 2-4 semanas. Después de un segundo mensaje, finalmente me contestaron y me dieron el código de rastreo. A partir de ahí, solo tuve que coordinar con el servicio de paquetería local (en mi caso, el correo de México).

Hice el pedido el **25 de febrero**, llegó a México el **5 de marzo** y lo recogí el **10 de marzo**—así que el envío fue rápido y seguro. Sin embargo, **deberían responder los correos más rápido** y **enviar el número de rastreo inmediatamente después de la compra** para evitar confusiones.

Me preocupaban algunas reseñas que he leído pero mi experiencia en Recon Company ha sido muy buena, he recibido mi pedido en un plazo razonable (8 dias) y eso que vivo en una isla del mediterráneo, recomiendo Recon Company 100%, volveré a comprar

I was a bit afraid for ordering after reading some reviews but now i have bought things two times and the delivery was extremly fast.

as same as many people write here , hust avoid this shop , lying to everyone, make you pay for something they don't have. definitely not a German people, worst experience buying something online with that shop. Still aint got nothing delivered from them. No money refund.

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel! Lieferung von 1-3 Tagen wird wiederholt nicht eingehalten. Montag bestellt und Freitag ist Bestellung immer noch in „Bearbeitung“. Auf Nachfrage bei Recon bekomme ich diese Antwort: „auf Grund des hohen Arbeitsaufkommens gibt es aktuell etwas
Verzögerungen bei der Auslieferung.“
Weitere Nachfragen bleiben komplett unbeantwortet.
Gott sei Dank habe ich mit Paypal Käuferschutz bezahlt und dann mein Geld zurück erstattet bekommen.
Diesen Sachverhalt habe ich jetzt 2 mal in diesem Shop erlebt.
Ergo: NIE WIEDER werde ich hier was bestellen.

I ordered some clothes from this site couple of weeks ago, paid for it. Never got the stuff, they just sent me an e-mail notifying me about how some of the items were out of stock (although when i bought those stuff their site stated that everything is in stock and ready to ship). And, yeah , they send also some e-mail with a ticket number for complaints. TOTAL SCAM. DO AVOID.
I'll let you know if it turns out different. because i read some reviews about fellows getting their shipment delivered in a month or so, although i doubt it at this point. I've been ordering from shops all over europe and everything gets delivered in a week and that is with customs procedures in my country included.
UPDATE 17.12.2024 :
I FINALLY GOT THE STUFF
it took about couple of months , i gave up on it , but i received the order on the 17th of this month. Parcels from US to Europe get quicker.
It was sent by regular state mail, not by DHL as it was signified at the purchase time. Perhaps thats why it took so long.
So evidently this site is NOT A SCAM ( I apologize for my initial impression) , its doing business alright, however slower that what most people are accustomed nowadays.
If you make an order , just give it 2 or 3 months for delivery and expect it with state owned mail service not express.
Recon company does not send any emails about shipment sent , tracking codes or anything , ..., so try not to miss the parcel if it is delivered to your local post service point.
