Never ever ever ever!!!!!! use this company never!!! We were there early and the Bus left without us. It said 15:20 and it left at 15:05 without us! They made us pay a Taxi for 15 000 pesos to get to the Bus on the road but the bus was gone. They didn’t give us the Money back for the Bus they were so so so rude and they made my friend cry! They blamed it all on us. Never use this company, there are way better Companys at this Terminal way nicer and better!!!!! They lied about everything.

¡Nunca, jamás, bajo ninguna circunstancia usen esta empresa! Estábamos allí con anticipación y el autobús se fue sin nosotros. En el boleto decía que salía a las 15:20, ¡pero se fue a las 15:05 dejándonos atrás!

Nos hicieron pagar un taxi de 15.000 pesos para alcanzar el autobús en la carretera, pero cuando llegamos, el autobús ya se había ido. No nos devolvieron el dinero del pasaje, fueron extremadamente groseros y ¡hasta hicieron llorar a mi amiga! Encima, nos echaron toda la culpa a nosotros.

No usen esta empresa. En esta terminal hay compañías mucho mejores, más amables y con un servicio muchísimo mejor!!!!

I bought tickets from Medellin to Guatapé. I can confirm the company isn’t a scam as claimed by some of the other reviewers, I received my tickets on the correct bus and had no issues. I only gave 4 stars as I would suggest booking direct with the bus company, as it’s probably cheaper and maybe simpler. I still also needed to go to the ticket office and exchange my red bus ticket for a paper ticket.

Terrible service, please do not use. I booked a ticket for 138,470 Colombian pesos. I’m usually easy going and even with there’s some discourtesy don’t write a negative review but… they took the money without confirming my ticket!
Then to get a refund I was offered form which didn’t have any options for refunding to banks outside of Colombia. The only way of Inquiring was through a complaints form and then they asked for information other than my bank details and asked for it to be delivered on a link which also did not work. I tried to get in contact with them by the complaints for again but that crashed. The email they give for customer service does not receive emails and before I got a chance to find any other way they had closed the issue because it had only been 24 hours.

I used redbus twice to book ticket to and from Santa Marta.
First bus to Santa Marta no problem.
I book the second (overnight) bus on the morning of the 19th October for departure the next day (20th). After payment I receive ticket mentioning departure date is 19th.
I immediatly check on the app and my last research was "Santa Marta to Medellin - 20th October" so no mistake from my side.
Redbus wasnt of very much help and basically said it error on my side. They also said they could not call me because not having Colombian number also I have used one to raise the issue to them and they could have used whatsapp.
So thanks Redbus for making me change my plan for what I beleive is probably a bug on the app.
I will now only buy at bus station

Overall Booking not the worst, but arrival times really invented!!! Can’t trust it

This site is scam.they just say you can reschedule but when we do that it doesn't happen.they are just scammers who puts falls things on there website.please dont go and book here. It is a scam.. a big scam. Even qhen tried contacting customer support its not happening

This site is a scam, they charge 65% more for a ticket than at the terminal! For a Ipiales-Popayán ticket they charged 75.650 COP (with a discount, as otherwise it would have been 85.000!), while at the terminal the same ticket costs 50.000 COP. DO NOT USE THESE SWINDLERS! Buy your tickets at the terminal at a fair price!
