Hello I just wanted to come in here and say Yves did a wonderful job with helping me out with the problem we had he explained and found the best solution to the problem great person and will for sure shop more here thanks to him thank you again.

Redline sent me an email saying my order would be backed up another week, i wasn’t expecting that and it was super cool! Yves also went above and beyond for me so that was just the cherry on top. i’ll def be buying more stuff from here in the future!

We ordered a part, a Hurst shifter for $537.34 the next day we received a confirmation email telling us they would let us know when the item was shipped. Then a couple of days later we got an email from Tim Griffith telling us that "due to all the new tariffs" the price was going to increase to $749.95 and they hadn't "gotten around" to changing the price on their website. That's about a 40% increase! I doubt very much, this made in America part had a 40% increase because of tariffs and.............even if it did you should stand by your published price. So I told them to cancel the order. 2 days later I got another email confirmation that the order was being shipped. I emailed them AGAIN asking what price they were charging me? He responded with....we've canceled your order. I'll pay the higher price but from another company that can keep their prices straight and stand by their published prices.

The part I originally ordered was out of stock, but Yves took great care of me by providing a very similar, nicer, direct-fit part and no upcharge!!

I was having trouble with the fitment of the product, and Yves from support was able to find some extra information to help me, including options for modifying the part.

I had put an order in at Redline360 and one of the products that I wanted was out of stock and James from Redline 360 quickly reached out to me to let me know about it. He let me know that I could either wait till the product was back in stock cancel my order or I could pick from a few different options he chose for me. I ended up picking one of the options he sent me. The overall experience was very pleasant. James, helped me with my order since there had been some issues. Waiting right now for the package but great service, and i appreciated the help he gave.

You guys are trash. Sold me a cat back exhaust system that was rubbing … the piping is too short . Needed about another inch and a half to clear the rear control arm . Contacted their support was lead on a goose chase for about 4 weeks got absolutely nowhere with them, had to modify the exhaust that is a “bolt on” you guys suck. Honestly, trash.

The team is very informative, knows exactly the answers to my questions. At the time I did not about certain car parts were illegal at the time for California due to restrictions of smog checking. Which needs to be certified card legal. Redline360 is a very trust worthy car part dealer.
