I contacted them about selling a gold ring with a diamond in it. They replied back to me that they would attempt to remove the diamond, but if they thought they might damage the diamond, they would would just send the ring back. So, I removed the diamond myself, took about 45 minutes, but I got it out of it's setting. reDollar sent me a packing slip to be included with the ring and a mailing label for the outside of my box. Sent it off, tracked it and when it arrived, they emailed me with an offer, which was very fair, and asked how I would prefer my payment. I requested direct deposit to my checking account and sent them the info, and I received the deposit the next day. Their communication with me was always very professional and quick, and their service is excellent! This is the second time I used their service; I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Top notch company all around, highly recommended!

ReDollar is a wonderful online company to do business with! If you have the goods and you are in need of cash, this is the place to go. I have used them three times, all successfully. On one occasion, my shipment was hijacked. But because reDollar is a fully insured company, I was compensated the $4000 plus. This last time was for $4700. To be successful, you need to follow their shipping practice fully! They also will send you a postage paid sticker through UPS, so you are not out those funds. I could not part with that. Everything else could be bought again. They also will do their best to meet your needs. They floored me with their generosity this last time. I did not want to pay the 2% fee my bank charge for immediate direct deposit. I preferred, at that time, to delay receipt of my funds and have free direct deposit. When I explained my situation to them, they graciously offered to pay the 2% fee my bank bank charges. Flower Child.

You can trust this site to give you what your jewelry is worth. Redollar has better prices than any other site I’ve found. Another site I used paid me about 1/3 of what I thought I should have received. I used the Redollar calculator and I have been paid the same as it said or a little more. I’ll use them again when I have more gold to sell.

This the 2nd time I've used redollar. In my location, the only ones that buy precious metals is a pawn shop and a couple jewelers. They don't come close offering what redollar does. The process is fast, easy and simple! Thanks again!!!

They are basically scammers. Don’t trust them. They lie about their payout rates. I had 10oz .999 of silver and they were offering me via email 60% of spot, yet their OWN website says they pay 95% of spot. They are not to be trusted.

Update: The business is falsely stating that the 95% payout is “only for qualified silver”, which is blatant misinformation because they were offering me roughly 60% of spot price. My silver was a bullion bar with .999 pure sigma tested silver. I recommend Anyone looking to sell your precious metals, to look elsewhere unless you want to be low balled disrespectfully. Their whole slogan that implies the “best rates anywhere” is completely hogwash. You’re better off going to a pawn shop to sell your precious metals. Stay far away from this place.

This was my first time using a company like this. They were wonderful and made the entire process from start to finish very easy. They take the time to answer any questions very quickly, show you exactly how to do the entire process from start to finish, and it could not have been any easier. Plus I got the money very quickly and they do offer several payment options. If you are looking to sell some jewelry, then this is the place to go.

Boy, I was definitely nervous when I started the journey of selling my gold and silver. I literally spent hours and hours doing research and getting quotes from different places. Redollar was so fair on my pricing and I literally had the money in my account two days later! I had to write a review because I know there are many people like me who are afraid to send their jewelry in. I encourage you to take pictures of everything you send, and even make a video of putting your jewelry in the double boxes, like their request, when you ship.
I have to make a special mention of their customer service! Anytime I had a question, even a silly one, they responded within minutes. I’m sure they’re used to the same questions being asked, but they were patient, kind and helpful each and every time.
I will definitely be going back to them if I ever require more gold and silver.

I have noticed that some offers on the web show item prices a little higher than those offered by ReDollar, but I have had great experience with them (ReDollar), often receiving More than I expected, and now trust them to provide quick, honest and seamless payment for my items. I sometimes have only one item to sell, and ReDollar still treats me as a serious customer, with respect and professionalism. I also find the free shipping and fully insured methods ReDollar offers provide quick and easy transactions. I had never before received an echeck, but found it a simple and much quicker method of getting paid.
All in all, I’m very pleased with my experience in dealing with ReDollar, and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

They do respond quickly. But, they tried to lowball me on the values of my items. Even though their own calculator valued them higher. When I told them I knew they were worth more, they then decided they didn't want my business. So, sellers beware. They will value your items significantly less than their actual value.
UPDATE: SMALL amount? I had 41 grams of 10k gold to send you. That's not that small.

reDollar is the most honest company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They paid me the highest prices for precious metals I have ever seen or heard. They pay 90% of the spot value for gold jewelry and 95% spot value for bullion, I kid you not. I can guarantee you that you won't find that kind of payout in any pawnshop or jewelry shop, certainly not in my hometown. I visited several myself and none offered half of what reDollar paid me. They paid me twice as much for my items then all the pawn and jewelry shops offered and I visited 8 or 9 before I heard about reDollar.
I love how easy it is to do business with them. The whole process is pure simplicity. First you use the gold and silver weight calculator they have on their site to determine what they pay, They also pay the shipping and insurance. They will send you a kit to ship your items if you want. Or you can use your own shipping material and simply print the provided shipping label, attach it to the package and mail it. No nonsense what-so-ever. They paid me the same day they received my package and gave me a a myriad of choices to receive my payment. They will direct deposit if you want, They will deposit the funds in your PayPal or Cash app. They will send you a paper check if you want but I simply printed the check on my printer and deposited it in my bank the same day. It just doesn't get any simpler or any fairer. I have done business with this company on three separate occasions now and they have made a believer of me. I recommend them to everyone I know and to anyone who has silver or gold assets they want to sell.

It isn't always a seemingly trustworthy world. Get a quote after you weigh your precious items. But, by the fact that Redollar sent their mailing kit so fast, that made me realize how smooth their process was. I can't wait to share this with friends and family.
