Absolutely brilliant service kept me updated all the time they even let you know the day and an hour before hand that they are coming. Thank you so much I will definitely be using again.

Having carried out a massive declutter following my retirement, I decided I should donate much of my clothing and a collection of books to charity. 'Redonate' made the whole process super simple and the collection was carried out by a super friendly and helpful driver. I was able to track when they were due, which really helped too. I would most definitely recommend them.

It was a great service.

So easy to use. We have plans to sort through more clothes. Will definitely book a collection again.

Booked online. Could have had the next day but chose in a few days as we still had some to do. Easy and able to leave outside, though Saturday collections are available. You choose the day and a two hour slot is allocated the day before. On the day a text came with the link to track and a photo came with the collection notification. The time moved but the collection was within the two hour window.

The tarpaulin we’d left over the donation was folded and secured under the wheely bin when they collected.

The process was so easy: book online, receive confirmation, wait for the collection at the chosen date and time. On the day they send a link to track the driver, so you know exactly when he is coming.

I was kept informed of the pick-up times. Driver was very courteous al went very well thanks.
